You have a much better chance of being hit square on the head with a rogue comet then BB being right on this one.

a lot happens behind the scenes. when the general population becomes aware of what is going on, we'll see. he may be wrong, but shouldn't we just be prepared, just in case he isn't?

I typically bristle...and sometimes quite LOUDLY...about false "prophets" and people that prattle on and on about this date or that date, this world leader or that, on and on and on. It gets VERY tiresome. I suffer doom fatigue mainly because of the dates and pronoucements of THIS IS IT!!! Very tiring. And old.

For whatever reason, while I will not be changing anything I do, nor will I be able to add to how prepared I am now, I think his "warning" (for what I don't know) is different. I'm not sure that I would ignore it, but I'm not going to obsess on it.

In other words, his warning gets the most serious attention from me in the many many years I've been hearing these warnings. How's that?

how seriously should we take bruce beaches warning about july 28

Given that everyone of the other thousands and thousands of prior prognostications of doom have been 100% inaccurate, I would pass this one off with a chance of getting struck by lightening 3 times with the same day.

We should be prepared for the 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th.....etc. etc. Whether somebody like BB says "get ready" or not. If people need somebody who sets dates to get them to prep, well IMO they're not paying attention to the big picture.

I don't know where he got this date of the 28th, but I'm not a fan of date-setters anyway.

At some point were going to be in a world of hurt and probably sooner rather than later. The signs are all around us and the news behind the scenes is worse each and every day. The prognosticators will be coming out of the woodwork more and more in the coming months. Yet the date setters have almost always been wrong.

It's common sense that if there are things you can realistically do to mitigate coming disruptions and events then get it done as the clock is ticking. However what you need to avoid doing is getting yourself into a panic as this person and that person issues their dogma to the masses.

Problem is the cry wolf syndrome and the doom fatigue which has been mentioned. Plan the work, work the plan and don't let the prognosticators throw you out of balance. If the date setters would just shut up and instead encourage people to just be ready for when it does happen then we will all be much better off.

Date setters cause unreasonable prepper anxiety. They are 100% wrong.

I have never put any stock in the rantings of BB, and don't intend to start now.

As hfcomms pointed out, the trouble will come anyway, only it won't be a day pre selected by some internet uber doomer.

If you aren't already prepared, then are you really taking prepping seriously??? I'm just sayin'.......

As for BB. mmmmm he might be close, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. Again...just sayin'.

This is how seriously I take him. ZERO! A big fat ZERO!

He doesn't even know how to type a readable article. How could anyone ever worry about dates he predicts?

What does Bruce say is going to happen on the 28th?

It's hard to keep up with all these predictions.

BB has been prediciting the end of the world for over 9 years that I know of for sure. Eventually he will get it right but I am not going to act foolishly or freakout this time anymore than I have over any of his other times......I read one of his letters just once a year now to see if the tone has changed or the song.......nope. Same ole, same ole.

Yawn.

Bruce Beach said:
Days after the 28th -still fit my paradigm -but I had to pick a date for the gathering -and several amazing things occurred to fit that exact date.

He said he's no prophet and that he has a system that (for all intents and purposes) pulls time frames out of thin air. He needed a date to give to people who needed a date to effectively off their butt-cushions and the 28th fit the time frame. Bruce's "date-o-meter" pulled a rough date that agrees with my gut. Works for me.

Have a great night.

well, considering that at this moment in time, the headline of the thread right above this thread is about :

The White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said it expected Iran to “miss an opportunity to accept” the incentives package.

DEBKAfile’s military sources report that Operational Brimstone, starting Monday, July 21, aimed at giving military teeth to the two-week ultimatum the six world powers gave Iran in Geneva Saturday to accept the suspension of uranium enrichment or face harsh sanctions and isolation.

i'd say his time frame is cutting it fairly close to some potentially big crapola.

two weeks from yesterday it looks like the 6 world powers are going to enforce an embargo against Iran.

think about it.

It would appear that I am the only one to "take the date time frame" seriously. But then, I am but an old hard news linker - and boy! With the upcoming naval bloackade of Iran. All the diminos are falling into place.

FWIW - me and mine will meet the 28th,29th, 30th as well as a week after that.

Because Ladies and Gentlemen! The "Fat Lady" is in the wings... And the next act, the closing act - is her short, but shrill, song.

Then ya didn't read the last two sentences of my post close enough. His date-creation agrees with my gut instincts. Me and mine are gonna be as close as I can get us for a while, with emergency plans in place for the others as required.
