"My, what big teeth you have" -
said Little Red Riding hood.

Bush wants 5,000 new nukes.

http://tinyurl.com/jvf56

This in spite of the treaties
that the US signed
saying that it would work towards
eliminating nukes
in return for the world signing
non-proliferation treaties.

Okay, so some of the rest of the world
is not going along with that idea either.
Even Venezuela told Iran this week
that it wants to buy uranium from them.

Brazil recently also got
full-cycle nuclear fuel capability
but the papers didn't mention that
because they are supposedly
'one of the good guys'.

India and Pakistan also
make the 'good guy list'
- although not for each other.

"Making my list -
and checking it twice."

Bush of course had his
Axis of Evil.
Iraq, Iran, and North Korea.
Don't know if you remember -
but Bush sure had me fooled
way back then.

I thought he would feint towards Iraq -
but actually hit Iran.
No matter that most of the WTC terrorists
came out of Saudi Arabia -
and that the Saudis were busy kicking
the major Middle East Command Central
US airbase out of Saudi Arabia.

Decided later that it was a two step process.
First permanent bases in Iraq -
- the US now has built 14 -
plus a biggie in Israel.
These at least don't sink
like aircraft carriers.
The US is going to need some place
to store its 5,000 new nukes.

Frosts the Iranians, however.
I guess Freud would call it 'nuke envy'.
Here the US has all those nukes
but they aren't supposed
to have even one little teeny one.

The Iranians, however,
are following their own path.
Got their centrifuges going.
Originally, the pictures
that I had seen of these things
showed them as being two stories high.

Now it is said
that they are only five feet tall.
164 of them working so far
as of this week -
but now that they have it figured out -
they can turn them out with cookie cutters.
This morning they said their goal is
to have fifty-four thousand (54,000) of them.

That number could produce fuel for
a bomb at least every other month -
perhaps a lot more rapidly.
In actuality the cycle is very much shortened -
because what they will do
is put the fuel into their
nuclear power generator
that Russia has built for them -
and then harvest the rods from that.
Nothing has to go back to Russia this way.

Iran certainly did not want
to be dependent upon Russia.
Even at the start -
the generator was all ready to go
and Russia wouldn't deliver the fuel.
Consequently,
at any time they could have been cut off.

Nope,
they did it their own way.
But all for peaceful purposes -
they say.
I am sure that all those missiles
they are testing
are just as much for peaceful purposes.

Have gotten several emails
from Iran this week (no kidding) -
asking how to build fallout shelters.
I don't wonder why.

Sorry that I don't have time
to write more newsletters.
Just way, way too much going on
here at Ark Two.

People just can't imagine
the activity that we have
in preparation.

Two marvellous donations last week.
Greatly appreciated.
One was for 35,000 additional
KI pills.
That will take care of
a couple of thousand more kids.

Many people don't realize it -
but Ark Two is not about survival.
It is about Reconstruction
(although one has to survive -
in order to reconstruct).

The things that we have to do
to prepare for Reconstruction
are just completely beyond
most people's imagination.

For the most part -
I have not been able to convince people
to prepare for survival -
so there has been no need
to go on in this newsletter
about reconstruction.

Nevertheless,
that is what it is about.
One of the main things
that we try to do -
is to build a structure
of state TEAM Leaders.

If the catastrophe is on the scale
that I anticipate -
then of course many of them
will not survive either -
but the concept of a structure is there
if we have the opportunity
to implement it.

You can see it at:
www.webpal.org/freecd.htm
and
www.webpal.org/safe/

Those two lists need updating.
It says they haven't been updated
since 2004 but in actuality
they were completely updated in April 2005
when we made sure that EVERY Team Leader
had copies of the
over 23,000 printed copies of the paper on
Reconstruction After Nuclear War
and the over 800 copies of the new CD
which we distributed.

I am in the midst of trying to update
the TEAM Leader list again -
and if we have any vacancies
I hope to call upon new readers.

There are significant plans
for utilizing the TEAM Leader structure -
but we won't be going into those
until afterwards.
God willing there will eventually be
some means of re-establishing
lines of communication.

Lots of news links
that I could send along -
but those things that are REALLY important -
probably are NOT reported anyhow.

And I am never sure about which
of those things that are reported -
are important.

The oil bourse appears to be a bust -
for the moment at least.
Specific dates had been given -
but then - nada.

Struggles with Syria -
intimations against Iran by Israel -
nasties from North Korea (they try) -
troubles with Taiwan -
rumblings with Russia -
confrontations with China -
games in the Gaza -
usurpations in the US -
(well not so much the latter)
have almost fallen off the radar screen.

Some people still preoccupy themselves with
Avian Flues,
Immigration blues,
Terrorist threats,
and the lobbies largesse -
however,
those who are really busy -
getting ready for what will be -
would just as soon that they be ignored.

For myself -
these are quotes that I have just pulled out
of the morning news -
that have significance for me.

(1)
Iran's Deputy Nuclear Chief Mohammad Saeedi said Iran has informed the
International Atomic Energy Agency that it plans to install 3,000
centrifuges at its facility in the central town of Natanz by late 2006, then
expand to 54,000 centrifuges,

(2)
Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said that
Israel must be wiped from the map.

(3)
The IAEA head Mohamed ElBaradei is due to report to the Security Council on
April 28 whether Iran has met its demand for a full halt to uranium
enrichment.
(Duh--
so do you think maybe he can figure out the answer by then?)

(4)
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov reiterated Moscow's firm opposition
to any military action against Iran.

Weird, weird stories
in the foreign press -
about going-ons in Washington.

Appears that the Capitol Building
was evacuated one day -
(for the first time ever
because of supposed power shortage -
- low voltage -
although it has its own power plant).

While evacuated a military contingent
swept through the building.

I have no idea what to make of the story -
and it may be just a story -
except for the above two facts -
but one interpretation is that this was
a counter-coup action.

Seems that some high American officials
are also strongly opposed to Bush bombing Iran.
(Just because they agree
with the Russians -
please don't call them communists.)
The story is that highest military authorities
(the Joint Chiefs of Staff, etc.)
are at loggerheads with Bush about this -
and that some generals have threatened
to resign.

I do receive a lot of emails
talking about coup.
None actually advocating it -
but some that appear not too opposed
to the idea.

I guess it is what Bush would call -
regime change,
without bothering to count the votes
and all that.

Personally,
I find all that pretty inconceivable -
and if some sort of WTC or Pearl Harbour
event occurs -
I rather expect all the generals
to get on their horses
and march off to war
like good little boys.

Absolutely no idea
what is going to happen when -
but I don't agree with those who say
that Iran won't have the bomb for years
and that it should make no difference
to Israel if they did get it.

Anyway,
things are certainly happening quickly.
Here at Ark Two -
if not elsewhere.

Peace and love,
Bruce

Glad I'm not the only one thinking along those lines....Lord God have mercy. If it can still be given...:shk:

this is lynnie, up visiting my sister annie. Spent the day at a gorgeous lake with all the kids, went to chuckee cheese for two birthdays. Oh, am I going to miss it all when the nukes start flying. I used to hate self serve in Pa ( I have only full serve in NJ) but now I think of gasoline stink on my hands like perfume.

Bruce sure keeps me on track mentally. I am convinced nukes lie in our future, and gasoline would appear to be a primary loss-next to people- when they fly.
