FASCISM British Protest 15-Minute Cities Where They Will Become Prisoners of the State

To seize further control of people’s lives, Globalists are pushing the false idea that these cities will “save the planet” and help all of humanity.
Fifteen-minute cities are popping up everywhere, and the World Economic Forum is wildly enthusiastic about them. Last year it was announced that Paris, France, would become a 15-minute city, and now the British city of Oxford is next. However, outraged Brits are fighting back.

As reported previously at RAIR Foundation USA, the city council has announced that it will divide Oxford into 15-minute neighborhoods or small 15-minute towns billed as “greener, cleaner and safer.” To further seize control of people’s lives, Globalists are pushing the false idea that these “green” cities, which make services accessible to residents within 15 minutes of their homes, will “save the planet” and help all humanity.

Instead, they are nothing more than a way for them to restrict, coerce, fine, punish, surveil, and limit the fundamental right of freedom of movement for residents. For example, residents are not allowed to leave your 15-minute city by car more than the allotted times a year. Otherwise, you will be fined. In addition, the government will track and control your every movement through your smartphones & facial recognition technology.

The “15-minute city” concept is crucial in the United Nations Agenda 2030 and their Net Zero green agenda. The World Economic Forum is also pushing this new concept. Oxford, which has declared a ‘climate emergency,’ is hoping their 15-minute cities will help achieve the Council’s ‘Net Zero carbon Oxford’ vision by 2040.”
As early as 2024, Oxford plans to impose “climate lockdowns” on residents to help achieve the Council’s ‘Net Zero carbon Oxford’ vision by 2040.” The “15-minute city” concept is also crucial for the United Nations Agenda 2030. And not surprisingly, the World Economic Forum is also pushing the idea.

Oxford will be divided into six zones ‘to save the planet’ from “global warming.” Electronic fences are placed on access roads to ensure residents remain within their own zone.
Residents are allowed to leave their 15-minute city a maximum of 100 times a year, but then they must first register their car, which is tracked throughout the city via smart cameras.

While the initial allotment of escape tickets may seem reasonable to some, once the public accepts that the state has the right to confine you, it is guaranteed that they will add additional restrictions and fewer permits to leave your zone. This was established very clearly and quickly in many Western nations in the past few years under the rubric of Covid restrictions.

Protests

Oxford residents are furious over council plans to turn the city into ’15-minute’ controlled zones. They have been brushed away by the Council, which has ignored their displeasure.

Media silent

Oxford citizens have taken to the streets, “The media is silent, of course,” writes UK journalist Sophie Corcoran. She implored people to stand with the citizens of Oxford against this type of totalitarianism.

Here are the residents of Oxford out protesting against the 15 min zone that will see them unable to move freely in their own cities.

Davos Globalist Conference

“At the end of this week, thousands of the world’s elite will be jetting off to Davos in their private jets, whilst people around the globe are starting to be confined to 15-minute zones in their cities and need a permit to drive over it,” Corcoran said.

— Sophie Corcoran (@sophielouisecc) January 10, 2023

Corcoran is referring to the Globalist conference next week in the Swiss ski resort of Davos 52 heads of state and government are expected to meet. Nearly 600 company directors have also been invited. Public sessions are held, but it is mainly where the Globalists make their deals behind the scenes in secret backrooms.

While people worldwide are forced to choose between eating dinner or heating their homes, the Elites will fly to Davos in their private planes, stay in posh hotels, eat expensive food and scheme how to confine us to our “15-minute” prisons.
The Dutch party Forum for Democracy (FvD) previously made an English-language video exposing the dangerous and freedom-crushing agenda concocted by the Globalists who attended the annual meeting in Davos this past May.

Thank god!
It would be worse if I was required to leave my 15 minute city more than 100 times a year.
A hundred times a year? That is 8.33 trips per month.!!!

I leave my area to go to WalMart once a month. That twelve trips.
And I probably make one other trip out of my area every month.

I wonder if I will be able to sell my extra trips.

I would vote for that just to listen to the Karens scream at the sky.

You know, if everyone IGNORED these idiots, they will go away.

You might be inconvenienced for a while when your credit card won't be taken outside of your 15 minute circle, but smart people will see this for what it is - and trade with you anyway.

Promissory notes work. That is what credit cards REALLY are. Don't leave home without them.

Owner has an "antique book" he found up in the top of the barn. Dating from the 1870s, it styles itself as a "businessman's guide." In there (he showed me) are examples of ALL sorts of notes: bills of lading, hand-written "checks", claims, and "promise to perform." (i.e., part of contract law.) This was written in an age when everyone HAD to trust each other and relied on the law to enforce that trust.

One imagines the law will again.

It was an age when penmanship reigned. Very flowery cursive writing. Letterheads were not widely used so business "created their own" with their own practiced hand.

Anything the globalists or their puppet governments want to protect me from, is always never the case.

Its just to psyop you into compliance of their control mechanism.

In fact, that is how the US law system of 'protect and serve' works.

If it was about helping the public, their would be education on the subject with no fees/permits.

I'd VERY MUCH prefer to see them "hanging out" at some conveniently located high place in full view of a cheering and applauding public. the reasoning behind that sentiment is directly below as so accurately noted by @Jeff Allen . . . perhaps enough hoomans will wake to that CERTAINTY before we find ourselves standing in front of the trench they forced us to dig by hand simply becasue we REFUSED TO BE RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH to protect our very lives and the lives of our progeny. one would think that oft repeated statement:
THEY WANT YOU DEAD
SHOULD
be become increasingly more crystal with every passing day. increasing numbers of us here APPEAR to be waking to that fact. perhaps there IS hope after all.

Not only will they not go away if you ignore them you will eventually wake up in the bottom of a pit with lead in your head.

A couple hundred million found this out….

Naturally they will start with 100 to make it sound like no big deal. Then, in a few years, it is 3 and only with prior approval. You're a serf, don't 'cha know.

Yeah, FU*K that. I will go where I please.

The good news is that all these things the WEFfers are doing are so blatantly part of an agenda of tyranny that people are waking up like a tsunami. The WEF cannot succeed because we will not let them.

I think this may be one of the "feelers" they (The Powers that Be) put out from time to time to see how people react. If they react too strongly, they often pull back for a bit and then come out with another "bright idea" that isn't nearly as draconian as the first one.

So say they "pull" this one. Then the next problem that comes down the road, say another "pandemic" or perhaps even "climate alert," they tell people they can only drive within 1 hour of their home, and with a special license, you can even drive to work if you have a "necessary job!" They might combine this with special "point" deductions for taking public transit, points that "allow" you to take at least one plane trip every three years, or something.

I've seen this pattern before, where they come out with something horrible, back it off, and then come out with something slightly less horrible and say, "see, at least it isn't as bad as such and such."

Also, if only Oxford does this, people will simply vote with their feet and move away. University students will still show up, and people who work in that system. But otherwise, it will become a ghost town, which may be the point. I am watching this one, because I don't like the signals this proposal sends out.

been wondering about THIS for quite some time now - WHY is that happening? one wonders if they have knowledge of some soon-to-arrive-ELE or are they TRULY simple running out of time given the "awakening masses"?

based on what we've seen thus far - at least in this country - I would doubt they fear us. though clearly they SHOULD fear us - a force clearly able to prevail based simple on our sheer numbers - yet they seem completely ready and willing to proceed pell mell into their planned global gulag for all of us.

I seriously doubt your last statement above QM: "The WEF cannot succeed because we will not let them" thus far we've seen virtually ZERO resistance to their nonsense - at least here at home . . .

Not sure about elsewhere but grouped communities have been a part of Municipal Expansion in Canada for decades. Not just providing some room for services but trying to make every new subdivision as autonomous as possible as far as day-to-day services but grouping the subdivisions around a hospital.

I think the schema works better where there's adequate land on a cities periphery to absorb/annex.

The anticipated reduction in need to travel w/ it's attendant lower fuel consumption and related pollution were touted in PSAs & Press Releases.

Grouped communities are a bit different. One thing I liked about Sweden (and there was a lot I didn't like) was the planned community system. In urban areas, almost every group of apartments or housing complexes had at least a daycare center, small store, garden allotments: children's playgrounds, and walking paths. In rural areas, new housing complexes tended to be set up the same way, though older farmhouses and villages might be more spread out.

But people were not restricted to their tiny "area," usually there was good public transport even in the rural areas (if you lived in an area like this), and people could go where they liked. Most shopping malls (covered with indoor spaces) had gyms that were private to members but used by the public schools, and almost all had medical clinics and GP's offices.

That is a great system, especially for urban areas; it stops the need for kids to play in an open street and ensures that most people can get to various services and shops that are close by. The allotments mean that even apartment-dwelling families can have gardens, and everyone can use the walking paths. If I ever had to live in an urban environment again, that sort of thing would be much better than many of the places I lived in the US or the apartment we had in Dublin.

Um. The woman (who feeds me apples) diagonally across the street is OBVIOUSLY among the elite. Owner's house is "medium sized" build in the 18th century (possibly before) and added on to variously since it was built.

The "apple woman" house - who left her "Hillary" sign out for a full year after the 2016 election - has a house which is perhaps 2x the size of Owner's. Owner calls it "The McMansion." AND - alongside the house they have no less than four "solar panels" each perhaps 2000 Watts (i.e. greater than 10x10 size) that tilt and turn to follow the sun.

One imagines that they "net-meter" and congratulate themselves on being "responsible" and "look how much we're saving."

Given the price run-up of electricity, they probably are - NOW. MAYBE are now. But financial efficiency was NOT their motivation for installing the panels.

These are humans who have "made green their own" and look down upon you because you don't make enough money to install 8000 watts of solar panel and net meter yourself. "Shame on you" they say.

And they would be MORE than happy to go along with the WEF, and view the WEF/New World Order as being "necessary."

To them, Owner is an "outlier." They (she particularly) like the "country atmosphere" that Owner's Horse implies (ahem), but to them it is small inconvenience to pick up and hold apples which otherwise would be "drops."

I.e. no skin off their nose.

These humans ARE NOT survivors. They have "bought" their way to this point via their good fortune and perhaps more particularly by their "connection."

Owner not so much. He survives and has survived to this point by his wits and his knowledge - and his willingness to WORK.

I wish he would get in here and pick up this mess...

Apple Woman would not deign to even consider it.

Why, with special permission, of course!

But only directly to and from your work site, and only by approved transport; unless you're one of the 'Cloud People' - then do as you wish.

I remember Alex Jones telling us this was coming 5 years ago.
an interesting statement . . . Alex has been roundly criticized - even here on the board - yet hewas SPOT ON regarding a great many things.

OP has me recollecting that about 5 years prior to permanently leaving Central Florida (early 2006) these little "enclaves" began springing up. the first I noticed was in Seminole Cty along hwy 434 on the NW side of lake Jessup between Oviedo and Winter springs. it extended from the lake shore to the opposite side of 434. included were apartments and townhouses, a PUBLIX supermarket and several other shops - restaurants from fast food (subway & McDonnalds) to mid range sit down establishments; nail salon, great clips (hair), dry cleaners, neighborhood bar(s), a GP, dentist, chiropractor and urgent care as well as an AT&T store . . . it was adjacent to a small park with ball fields and green areas . . . may even have had a small cinemaplex . . . in other words ANYTHING you needed you could easily walk to.

if you care to you can virtually tour it here Google Maps

I can remember remarking to Raggedyann - had to be as far back as 2005 - "they're making it so that people will not have to drive . . . THIS IS HOW THEY'RE HERDING US"

gotta give Mr Global and his friends the WEFers credit for several things . . . they're incredibly patient and they STICK to their plans with BLINDERS and DETERMINATION well and firmly entrenched
