A court in Pennsylvania ruled on Thursday morning that GOP observers must be allowed to watch ballot counting across the state.

“BREAKING: Appellate court in PA this morning ruling guarantees GOP observers can watch the ballot counts. They had been pushed away 16 sometimes 100 feet away,” Just The News reporter Carrie Sheffield tweeted.

She added that Trump deputy campaign manager Justin Clark said the ruling was a win for the Trump campaign. “I can’t stress enough how big a victory this is,” Clark said.

The Trump campaign preemptively claimed victory in Pennsylvania on Wednesday despite the fact that no major media outlet has called the race yet as Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden continues to cut into Trump’s lead in the state as outstanding ballots are counted. The GOP has descended on the state, gearing up for a legal fight.

“We are declaring a victory in Pennsylvania. This is not based on gut or feel. This is based on math,” Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien told reporters on a press call on Wednesday afternoon.

The Trump campaign sued Pennsylvania on Wednesday alleging that Republican representatives were not being given fair access to observe the vote counting procedures. Meanwhile, the Trump campaign has argued that with the number of ballots still outstanding, and taking into consideration where those ballots are from, the campaign believes that Biden cannot make up the difference and overtake Trump in the state.

Trump also claimed victories in Georgia and North Carolina ahead of any major media company. The race in Georgia is especially tight as outstanding ballots being counted are expected to cut favorably for Biden and may deliver the state to the Democratic nominee, which would be a likely fatal blow to the Trump campaign. As The Daily Wire reported:
Trump tweeted on Wednesday afternoon that, for “Electoral Vote purposes,” he was declaring victory in Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, citing the voting lead he currently holds in those states. He also said he would declare victory in Michigan if ballots were “secretly” dumped there.

“We have claimed, for Electoral Vote purposes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (which won’t allow legal observers) the State of Georgia, and the State of North Carolina, each one of which has a BIG Trump lead. Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact, there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported!” Trump tweeted.
Trump is gaining ground in Arizona, a key win he likely must secure to keep open a viable path to the presidency. The Phoenix-based data firm Data Orbital holds that Trump is on track to take the state as outstanding ballots are counted, though the counting may not be finished until late in the week.

The Trump campaign announced Thursday that they are filing suit in Nevada over alleged nonresidents and the deceased voting in the presidential election.
According to Team Trump, “tens of thousands” of illegal ballots have been cast in the hotly contested state, including from dead people and nonresidents.

“The Trump campaign is filing a federal lawsuit in Las Vegas Thursday, suing to stop the counting of what it calls ‘illegal votes’ in Nevada, claiming to have evidence that people who are deceased and nonresidents have cast ballots in the 2020 election,” Fox News reported Thursday. “The campaign is set to announce the lawsuit during a news conference in Las Vegas Thursday morning.”

The presser pertaining to the suit will be hosted by former Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell, former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt, chairman of the American Conservative Union Matt Schlapp, and Nevada GOP Chair Michael McDonald, Fox News said.

The campaign’s interest, it says, “is not seeking to stop the vote but rather ensure that every ‘legal’ vote is counted and that no ‘illegal’ votes are counted,” the Fox News report noted.

“We are confident that when all legal votes are tallied — and only legal votes are tallied — President Trump will win the state of Nevada,” Grenell asserted.
Campaign officials have proof of dead people voting in the state, a source said, adding that “Nevada election officials have not provided answers to the campaign as to why they haven’t had a ‘check’ on mail ballots, which the campaign alleges were sent to apartments where individuals no longer lived but were filled out and cast,” according to Fox News.

There’s been “no observation for signature matches whatsoever” the source added, highlighting that there have not been observers watching the counting in other counties, such as Clark County.

Republicans sound alarm on Antrim County election results
By MAX JOHNSTON | IPR NOV 4, 2020
ShareTweetEmail

Results in Antrim County reset back to 0% midday Wednesday. Previously, returns showed the county voting roughly 62% in favor of Joe Biden.

CREDIT NPR/MICHIGAN RADIO
There may be a problem with Antrim County’s ballots. According to unofficial results posted by the county clerk, Democrats got the majority of votes there.
As of 9:30 this morning, Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden had more than 7,700 votes in the county, 3,000 more than President Donald Trump. Democratic candidates Gary Peters and Dana Ferguson also outperformed their Republican opponents in the county.

That has Triston Cole (R-Mancelona), who lives and represents Antrim County in the Michigan State House, confused.

“There is no way that we flipped from 62% Trump in 2016 to upside-down this time around,” he said.

Cole specifically cited the results at his polling place: Chestonia Township. Antrim County’s election results show Representative Jack Bergman (R-Watersmeet) only got 2 votes.

“I can guarantee that there were 6 [Bergman votes] in my immediate family alone,” he said.

Cole says GOP officials have been talking all morning about the county’s results. He says legal action may be taken, but much is still uncertain.

As of 10 a.m., the election results page on the county has since been taken down.
A representative from the Antrim County Clerk’s office said they weren’t aware of any discrepancies, but added county clerks are talking to polling and election officials to get the most accurate and up-to-date information to voters.

The campaign of Michigan Senatorial candidate John James (R) has accused local officials of impropriety, voter suppression, and election interference after incumbent Gary Peters picked up hundreds of thousands of votes overnight.

Stuart Sandler, a consultant for James’ campaign who also observed the count as a volunteer lawyer, told Fox News they allege there were a “lot of irregularities” throughout the process that must be looked into.

“There were all kinds of chicanery, including ballots that came in reportedly in the middle of the night at 3:30 a.m. – 35,000 ballots that were deceptively brought in,” Sandler said. “There have been a lot of irregularities and a lack of integrity. They’re not letting challengers in, they’re not letting them get food or water. When they do, they’re not letting them come back. There are all sorts of disruptions to the process.”

With James holding a significant lead right up into the early hours of Wednesday morning, Sandler alleged Mark Brewer, a former state Democratic chairman, organized the arrival of dozens of lawyers and activists to the TCF center in Detroit in order to “disrupt the process.”

“There’s a lack of integrity there,” he explained. “The people of Michigan made their choice and they’ve been trying to disrupt the process. And we’re reviewing our options.”

Yet in an interview with AP, Brewer insisted the process was the cleanest and most effective Detroit had ever had. “This is the best absentee ballot counting operation that Detroit has ever had,” he said. “They are counting ballots very efficiently, despite the obstructing tactics of the Republicans.”

Election desks declared Peters the winner on Wednesday evening, having allegedly edged out his opponent by just over 70,000 votes. Although Republicans are still likely to hold on to their Senate majority, many were optimistic that James, an African-American businessman and Iraq War veteran, could flip the seat.
Wow! It looks like Michigan has now found the ballots necessary to keep a wonderful young man, John James, out of the U.S. Senate. What a terrible thing is happening!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 4, 2020
The complaints from the James campaign follow the announcement from President Donald Trump’s campaign similarly alleging lack of access to counting stations.

“President Trump’s campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law,” Trump 2020 campaign manager Bill Stepien said in a statement.

‘Good Progress For The President’: Trump ‘In Line’ To Overtake Biden In Arizona, Data Firm Says
By Tim Pearce

Nov 5, 2020 DailyWire.com

WASHINGTON, DC - JULY 07: U.S. President Donald Trump meets gives a thumbs-up as he leaves a meeting with students, teachers and administrators about how to safely re-open schools during the novel coronavirus pandemic in the East Room at the White House July 07, 2020 in Washington, DC. As the number of COVID-19 cases surge across southern states like Florida, Texas, Louisiana, South Carolina and Arizona, Trump joined with guests from across the country to discuss how to responsibly return to the classroom. President Donald Trump is “still in line” to overtake Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in what may be a crucial win in the battleground state of Arizona.

Arizona election officials are continuing to tabulate outstanding ballots, which the Trump campaign has said should cut in favor of Trump and give the president the boost he needs to overcome his deficit to Biden. If Trump can get the votes he needs to overtake Biden and secure Arizona’s 11 electoral votes, Trump’s pathway to reelection is on much steadier footing, though still likely an outside shot.

Arizona officials were continuing to release data on ballot counts early into the morning on Thursday. After the last dump of counted ballots, the Phoenix-based data analytics and survey research firm Data Orbital said that Trump was still on track with their model to overtake Biden. The data firm released numbers coming from several counties in Arizona with comments on how the updated vote count aligned with the firm’s projections.

In a Twitter thread beginning early in the evening on Wednesday and ending early Thursday morning, Data Orbital said:
Pima County – 5,614 ballots 50.8/47.3 Trump to Biden. Overall, this is a strong County for Biden. Good sign for Trump.
Maricopa County 74,547 ballots. 57.6/40.7 Trump to Biden. President nets 12,644. A bit below our 14,000 projection but good progress for the President. #AZ

Maricopa County (final update for the evening) – 57.9/40.5 Trump to Biden total ballots counted 62,002. Net gain of 10,783 for President Trump. Trump is still in line with what he needs to catch up statewide. #Election2020 #AZ #ElectionTwitter

Garrett Archer, a data journalist for ABC 15 Arizona, backed up Data Orbital’s read of the data, saying that the fresh data puts Trump on track to overtake Biden’s lead, though narrowly. Arizona is still either side’s state to take, he noted.
“While on the surface good, this drop is a ‘tread water’ for what Trump would need to flip the state. As we get closer to the end, the ballots get less friendly (ballot drop off uni will have a lot more Independents in them),” Archer noted after the latest drop of data early Thursday morning.

“Trump now needs 68,390 to catch Biden. There are approximately 430k or so ballots left in the state,” Archer said, providing a rough overview of the state of Arizona’s outstanding ballot count.

The next dump of ballots is expected to come around 9 p.m. EST. The counting may last through the end of the week before a winner of the state is clear despite the fact that The Associated Press and Fox News have already called the state for Biden. FiveThirtyEight election forecaster Nate Silver called on The Associated Press and Fox News to rescind their calls for Biden based on the trajectory of the outstanding ballot count that could swing the state for Trump.

“I don’t know, I guess I’d say that Biden will win Arizona if you forced me to pick, but I sure as heck don’t think the state should have been called by anyone, and I think the calls that were previously made should be retracted now,” Silver wrote in a comment on Wednesday night on FiveThirtyEight’s live election blog.

Justice Department Tells Prosecutors That Armed Federal Agents Are Allowed In Ballot-Counting Locations
Team Trump has complained that campaign officials have no access to counting rooms
By Joseph Curl

The Justice Department has reportedly told federal prosecutors that the law allows them to dispatch armed federal officers to ballot-counting locations to probe possible voter fraud.

The declaration came down in an email early Wednesday, according to three people who described the message, The New York Times reported.

“A law prohibits the stationing of armed federal officers at polls on Election Day.

But a top official told prosecutors that the department interpreted the statute to mean that they could send armed federal officers to polling stations and locations where ballots were being counted anytime after that,” the Times reported. “The statute ‘does not prevent armed federal law enforcement persons from responding to, investigate, or prevent federal crimes at closed polling places or at other locations where votes are being counted,’ the official, Richard P. Donoghue, told prosecutors in an email that he sent around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday.”

President Donald Trump has added fuel to the fire, writing Thursday morning on Twitter, “STOP THE COUNT!”

“ANY VOTE THAT CAME IN AFTER ELECTION DAY WILL NOT BE COUNTED!” Trump later tweeted.

Trump’s campaign on Wednesday filed lawsuits in three states — Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan — challenging the vote-counting process. In Michigan, the suit seeks to stop ballot-counting process until the Trump campaign is given access to oversee the process.

Campaign officials have “not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law,” the campaign said in a statement. “We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted,” the campaign said, adding that it “also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access.”

Team Trump also said it will request a recount in Wisconsin, a state Biden won by about 20,000 votes, citing “reports of irregularities.”

“Despite ridiculous public polling used as a voter suppression tactic, Wisconsin has been a razor thin race as we always knew that it would be,” said Bill Stepien, Trump 2020 campaign manager. “There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results.”

“The president is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so,” Stepien said.

Trump, in a Twitter post in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, claimed Democrats are “trying to steal the election.”

“We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the Election. We will never let them do it. Votes cannot be cast after the Polls are closed!: Trump also wrote.

A few hours later, Trump tweeted: “Last night I was leading, often solidly, in many key States, in almost all instances Democrat run & controlled. Then, one by one, they started to magically disappear as surprise ballot dumps were counted. VERY STRANGE, and the ‘pollsters’ got it completely & historically wrong!”

Trump Campaign Files Suit In Michigan To Halt Count
“Campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations.”

The Trump campaign on Wednesday said it has filed a lawsuit in Michigan demanding that the counting of ballots there immediately cease.
“As votes in Michigan continue to be counted, the presidential race in the state remains extremely tight as we always knew it would be,” said Bill Stepien, Trump 2020 campaign manager.

“President Trump’s campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law. We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted,” he said in a statement.

“We also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access. President Trump is committed to ensuring that all legal votes are counted in Michigan and everywhere else,” Stepien said.
As it stood on Wednesday afternoon, Biden leads Michigan by just 15,527 votes out of more than 5 million cast. Trump won Michigan in a surprise upset of Hillary Clinton in 2016, and the state is key to both candidates.

The Trump campaign’s move followed another in Wisconsin, announcing they’d “immediately” request a recount in the state. Biden currently leads by just 20,748 votes out of more than 3.2 million cast.

“Despite ridiculous public polling used as a voter suppression tactic, Wisconsin has been a razor thin race as we always knew that it would be,” Stepien said.

“There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The President is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so.”

A few scenarios:
  • The president leads in Pennsylvania, which has 20 electoral votes, by a hefty margin — 54.4% to 44.4%, according to Politico. Trump also leads by 2% in both North Carolina (15 EVs) and Georgia (16 EVs). If he were to win all three, he’d get to 264 EVs. With a win in Nevada (6 EVs), where he trails by just 8,000 votes out of 1.2 million cast, he’d get to the magic number of 270 electoral votes. He wouldn’t need Michigan (16 EVs) or Wisconsin (10 EVs) at all.

  • But let’s say Trump hangs on to Pennsylvania and wipe the rest of the slate clean. That means Biden’s at 238 and Trump’s at 233. Now give Biden both Wisconsin and Michigan, and he leads in EVs, 264-233. Then he’d need just Nevada to reach exactly 270 and wouldn’t need to win North Carolina or Georgia.

  • If Trump pulls out Michigan, he’d have 229 EVs. And let’s say he also wins Wisconsin: now he’s at 239. Let’s also give him North Carolina, where Trump leads by more than 75,000 votes, and Georgia, where he leads by more than 100,000 votes. That would give Trump exactly 270 EVs, which means he wouldn’t need Pennsylvania or Nevada to win re-election. But if Trump loses Pennsylvania and Michigan, he loses. And if he loses Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, then whoever wins Nevada wins the presidency.

Faithful Steed
The way it SHOULD work is a ballot is examined by one party, judged acceptable - and then judged by the other party - and judged acceptable.

THEN the ballot now "qualified" is tallied by a third observer - in view of a 4th observer of the opposite party declaration.

Any non-qualified ballots are set aside for "re-examination" by BOTH parties together - and a Judge.

‘Triple Checking’: Wisconsin Official Says All Ballots Reported, Biden Ahead By 20K. Trump Campaign Wants Recount.
By Jon Brown

The Trump campaign signaled their intention to demand a recount in Wisconsin on Wednesday after a state official said that all ballots have been reported and Democratic nominee Joe Biden has a lead of only about 20,000 votes.

Meagan Wolfe, the Wisconsin elections commission administrator, told NBC that unofficial returns show Biden winning the state by 20,697 votes, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The narrow margin of victory for Biden roughly mirrors that which President Donald Trump had in 2016.

“All of our unofficial results have come in from the local election offices,” Wolfe also said. “Now we’re in the important process of triple-checking the results.”
BREAKING Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator says on @NBCNews: “All of the ballots have been counted.” Joe Biden has won Wisconsin by 20,697 votes.
— Chris D. Jackson (@ChrisDJackson) November 4, 2020
“There are no dark corners or locked doors in elections. Anybody was free to watch those processes as they unfolded yesterday,” Wolfe continued. “Some of those jurisdictions even did things like livestreams. You could watch ballots being counted all day if you wanted to and all night.”

Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien announced in a statement that the campaign would ask for the votes to be recounted: “Despite ridiculous public polling used as a voter suppression tactic, Wisconsin has been a razor thin race as we always knew that it would be. There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The president is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so.”

Wisconsin allows for a recount if the race is within 1 percentage point.

“We’ve had a recount before and it showed we have a really good process,” Wolfe said. “We have a really good system. … I believe that that would be the case if we had a recount again in our state, that you would find that we have a really solid system here and that there’s an incredible paper trail here for every single request, registration and ballot that’s cast.”

The latest polls before the election showed a neck-and-neck competition between Trump and Biden.

As The Daily Wire reported:
Other polls recently conducted in the state show Biden maintaining a lead, though by less of a margin than previous surveys. Trafalgar’s most recent poll gives Biden a 1-point edge, while a Susquehanna poll released Saturday gives him a 3-point advantage. Real Clear Politics’ average of the polls in Wisconsin still gives Biden a solid 6-point advantage. A recent NYT/Siena poll shows Biden ahead by 10 points.
The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported on Friday, “As of Friday, more than 1.7 million absentee ballots have been cast in Wisconsin, far surpassing previous records. That includes about 1.2 million mail ballots and more than 540,000 in-person early votes, which count as a form of absentee voting. To count the absentee ballots, poll workers must announce who cast each ballot, check his or her name off a poll list, open the ballot envelope, unfold the ballot and feed it into a tabulator. If the machine can’t tally the ballot because of the way it was folded or some other reason, poll workers must try to fix the error.”

Major Error Found In Arizona Results

On Wednesday, a significant error was discovered that could affect the results of the presidential election in Arizona: Edison Research data, which major news organizations including The New York Times utilize to report voting results, reported that 98% of precincts in Arizona had been counted when in fact only 86% had been counted.

New York Times editor Patrick LaForge tweeted, “An error was found in the data feed from Edison Research (used by @nytimes and other news organizations) for Arizona results – 86 percent of ballots have been counted, not 98%. NYT has not called the state for Biden, though he still leads.”

Asked what percent of the remaining ballots are mail-in and what percent were cast on election day, Laforge responded, “According to the link, 100 percent of the absentee ballots were already counted, but I think I’d wait for the data outlet to fix its data before taking that to the bank. Arizona is just waking up (time difference) and presumably officials there will be clarifying matters today.”

According to the Times, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has won 51 percent of the vote compared to President Trump’s 47.6 percent. More than 2.7 million votes have been reported,” The Hill noted.

National Journal editor-in-chief Jeff DuFour noted: “This gives some credence to the Trump camp’s argument in a call with reporters that it expects to pull ahead in Arizona, because most of the outstanding vote is in Trump-friendly territory.”

The Daily Wire reported that after Fox News called the Arizona race for Biden, GOP governor Doug Ducey was furious:
Outrage erupted online late on Tuesday night after Fox News called the presidential race in Arizona for Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden, a call that many believed was too early and ultimately led to a response from the state’s governor.
Governor Doug Ducey, without specifically naming the network, responded to the call that Biden had won the state, which had not been reported yet by the other networks.

“It’s far too early to call the election in Arizona,” Ducey wrote. “Election Day votes are not fully reported, and we haven’t even started to count early ballots dropped off at the polls. In AZ, we protected Election Day.
Let’s count the votes — all the votes — before making declarations.”
Senior Trump campaign official Jason Miller wrote on Twitter: “Fox News is a complete outlier in calling Arizona, and other media outlets should not follow suit. There are still 1M+ Election Day votes out there waiting to be counted – we pushed our people to vote on Election Day, but now Fox News is trying to invalidate their votes!”
“We only need 61% of the outstanding, uncounted Election Day votes in Arizona to win,” Miller continued. “These votes are coming from ‘our counties,’ and the 61% figure is very doable based on what our other Election Day votes are looking like. @FoxNews should retract their call immediately.”

Former Nevada AG Claims Trump Would ‘Convincingly’ Have Won State Without Mail-In Voting
By Jon Brown

The former Republican attorney general of Nevada said last night that President Donald Trump would have “convincingly” won the state if mail-in voting laws had not changed 90 days before the election and if Republicans had been better able to monitor the ballot counting process.

Adam Laxalt, speaking on “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” said, “Let me first say we believe we have a path to victory, but the Democrats have absolutely stacked the deck against us in this election.”

“They’ve changed this election inside 90 days and as votes are being counted and America thinks that with all these mail-in ballots, that you think you have people watching that counting going on, we are still not allowed to watch the signature-matching,” Laxalt continued. “We are not allowed to challenge any of those signatures. So, they switch us to this new system, and they give us no right to be sure that only legal voters count. As America knows, those that stayed up like me all night — they dumped these at 3 a.m. They counted through the middle of the night.”

“They’re counting all day today,” Laxalt went on. “And we’re still having to wait until tomorrow. And we are still right at this second, not in that door. And I warned them about this — that if it came down to Nevada, we’d finally get people to pay attention to the fact that the Democrats didn’t give us this right, and a judge agreed that we weren’t entitled to this right. Of course, we disagreed with that, and we’re still fighting that. But just for your viewers, that has to be quite startling that almost 400,000 votes were cast last night, and there was no observation, no transparency. And you know, we’re supposed to just trust but not be able to verify.”

“There is no question that Donald Trump would have won Nevada last night convincingly if we did not move to mail-in ballots,” Laxalt asserted. “And again, we don’t know how bad voters there are in this giant stack. We also know there are likely to be dead voters. There are likely to be people that have moved out of Las Vegas but found their ballots were still cast. So we’re looking into all of this, but it’s just astounding when you watch the news commentary last night about this. They keep acting these systems are foolproof, and there’s no way that any improper voter can get through. And it is just simply not true.”

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden took the lead in Nevada on Thursday as more ballots were reported. The Trump campaign intends to sue over alleged widespread voter fraud. As The Daily Wire reported:
The Trump campaign announced Thursday that they are filing suit in Nevada over alleged nonresidents and the deceased voting in the presidential election.
According to Team Trump, “tens of thousands” of illegal ballots have been cast in the hotly contested state, including from dead people and nonresidents.

What is going on in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Georgia!? These three states — along with North Carolina, Michigan, and Wisconsin — could be vital for Trump's chances to win the race, but the vote count in every single one of them is EXTREMELY close. Glenn and Stu break down the numbers — from what percentage of votes Trump needs to win, the number of votes left to count, and how many of them come from Biden or Trump-favored counties. To find out what’s going on in Michigan, Wisconsin, and North Carolina, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYnhJ...

WATCH: Trump Team Confronts Philly Officials For ‘Violating’ Judge’s Election Order
"This is a JOKE."
By Amanda Prestigiacomo

The Trump campaign won a massive legal battle on Thursday, allowing Republican observers to be six feet from the ballot-counting process in the hotly contested state of Pennsylvania.

Previously, observers were pushed back from 16 to 100 feet away from the ballot counting process.

The legal order, however, is not being effectively enforced, former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi argued. While they pushed barricades around the ballot counting to six feet, she said, the ballot machines have been pushed to the back of the room, far beyond the six-feet barrier outlined in the legal ruling.

“Philadelphia update!!! Judge orders observers allowed in ballot counting! We were still Denied access so ALL voting has ceased!” Bondi celebrated on Twitter at around 11 a.m. Eastern Time.

“We plan on entering that building right now and legally observing,” Bondi also said, according to The New York Daily News. “If there is one illegal vote cast, it takes away from the great men and women of Pennsylvania who came out and issued a legal vote.”

— Pam Bondi (@PamBondi) November 5, 2020
Adding an “update” nearly two hours later, Bondi claimed: “This is a JOKE. They moved the fence up but moved the ballot machines back!!”

“This is offensive for the great people of Pennsylvania who voted and deserve a fair election,” the Republican added.

Corey Lewandowski later posted a video of Bondi and himself speaking with a private lawyer working on behalf of the city about the order.

“Here in Philadelphia with Former Democratic Candidate for Judge Michelle Hangley who is paid for by city tax payer money while refusing to allow us to meaningfully observe a court order,” he captioned the video. “Ask why?”
In the video, Hangley contends they are not “violating” the order.

“The order being flagrantly ignored by the Democratic administration,” lawyer Ron Coleman argued.

“They are ignoring the order while appealing to the PA Supreme Court – even though there’s no stay in place,” he added.

Except Wisconsin has 243,000 voters that were supposed to be taken off and they refused to do so. Biden "won" with 20,535 more votes than Trump.

IF the Trump team wants Wisconsin, they are going to have to go thru each ballot and confirm if they're true registered voters and not dead or out of state or doubles.

Michigan: Judge Rejects Trump Campaign Effort to Halt Vote Count

A Michigan judge on Thursday rejected a lawsuit brought by President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign aimed at halting vote-counting in the state.

Reuters reports:
Michigan Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens made the ruling during a court hearing on Thursday. She said she planned to issue a written ruling on Friday.
Campaign officials for Trump have said they filed the Michigan lawsuit to stop the counting there and gain greater access to the tabulation process.
“What I have is, at best, a hearsay affidavit that addresses a harm that would be significant,” Stephens said. “We’ve got an affidavit that is not first-hand knowledge.”

Trump Campaign manager Bill Stepien announced the Michigan lawsuit on Wednesday, alleging that it had not been granted “meaningful access” to observe ballot counting at several locations.

“We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted,” Stepien said. “We also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access. President Trump is committed to ensuring that all legal votes are counted in Michigan and everywhere else.”

Democrat White House candidate Joe Biden is projected to win Michigan, according to The Associated Press.

In addition to Michigan, Georgia judge tossed out a Trump campaign lawsuit, which alleges a witness said late-arriving ballots were improperly stored.

“Having read and considered said petition, all argument and evidence of record, including the evidence presented at the hearing, and the applicable law, the Court finds that there is no evidence that the ballots referenced in the petition were received after 7:00 p.m. on election day, thereby making those ballots invalid,” said Chatham County Superior Court Judge James Bass. “Additionally, there is no evidence that the Chatham County Board of Elections or the Chatham County Board of Registrars has failed to comply with the law.”

MI Sec of State Benson on ‘Meritless’ Trump Lawsuit: ‘An Attempt to Sow Seeds of Doubt’ in Election Process

TRENT BAKER5 Nov 20202,629
In a Thursday appearance on ABC News’ “Good Morning America,” Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson reacted to President Donald Trump’s campaign filing lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia over the 2020 presidential election. The filings demand better access for campaign observers to locations where ballots are being processed and counted and raise concerns about absentee ballots.

Benson, whose role is to ensure elections are “secure and accessible,” said the lawsuit in Michigan is “meritless” and “frivolous,” adding it is an attempt by the Trump campaign “to sow seeds of doubt in our election process.”

“I see this as a meritless, frivolous lawsuit that’s just an attempt to sow seeds of doubt in the integrity of our election process, which is quite secure, quite accessible,” Benson outlined. “And as a, you know, election law attorney for the better part of two decades and former dean of a law school, I’m very familiar with how to ensure our procedures comply with the law. So, I’m comfortable with the security and the integrity of our processes here in Michigan, and we’ve worked hard to make sure every single vote counts and that only valid votes count. So, we’ll see that play out in the days ahead, but I’m very confident in the voters and the election workers in our state.”

VIDEO: Wagons, Suitcases, and Coolers Roll Into Detroit Voting Center at 4 AM [UPDATED]
Poll watcher raises alarms over suspicious activity in Detroit during early morning.

By Brandon Waltens|November 4, 2020

Update: includes claims made by a Detroit TV station.

In a video taken by Kellye SoRelle—a Texas lawyer and member of Lawyers for Trump—a white van is seen parked in front of the location at 2:40 a.m. A box is taken out of the van and placed into a red wagon, which is then pulled inside the facility. SoRelle is raising alarms that the box may have been a ballot box that arrived long after all ballots were expected to have been received at the counting facility.

Other images appear to show suitcases and coolers moving in and out of the secure area where mail-in ballots were being counted during a shift change at 4 a.m.

According to SoRelle, visitors were able to enter and leave the facility where the votes are being counted without any identification check. The workers were apparently working in six-hour shifts, meaning they did not have a need for overnight luggage.

WXYZ News in Detroit responded to the video, claiming at least one of the people filmed by SoRelle was wheeling in camera equipment.

Michigan is currently one of several states labeled too close to call, with allegations of potential voter fraud being leveled by President Donald Trump. On Monday afternoon, Trump’s campaign announced they would file suit to halt the counting of ballots in the state until the campaign could be given “meaningful access” to Michigan’s counting locations to observe the process, something campaign manager Bill Stepien says has not been afforded.

“As votes in Michigan continue to be counted, the presidential race in the state remains extremely tight, as we always knew it would be. President Trump’s campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law,” said Stepien.

Trump Is Poised To Win The Election. Now He Has To Stop The Steal.
November 4, 2020 (1d ago)

2020.11.04-02.33-revolvernews-5fa2bbcce1893.png

In a triumphant late night address to the nation, the President decisively declared that “Frankly, we did win this election.” Against overwhelming odds, President Trump is on the brink of securing a second four year term.

The margins in the decisive states are clear. As of early Wednesday morning, the president was up 300,000 votes in Michigan. He was up 110,000 in Wisconsin. He was up a staggering 700,000 in Pennsylvania. He holds clear leads in Georgia and North Carolina.

Despite a relentless defamation campaign by the press, censorship by big tech, riots by Antifa and Black Lives Matter, the silent majority of Americans turned out to support their president.

Only one thing remains to be done: To stop the left from executing its color revolution and stealing the election in the days to come.

The mess in Pennsylvania shows how this revolution will unfold. The president’s lead there is a staggering 14 percentage points. From the early hours of Tuesday night it was clear the President was dramatically overperforming his polls in the Keystone State, and as votes poured in his lead only grew and grew. But Democrats control Philadelphia and the state government, and they had a plan. Early Tuesday night, they stopped updating vote totals in Philadelphia and announced that they would only resume updates on Wednesday, with counting perhaps taking until Friday.

This is a farce. It does not take four days to count ballots anywhere; it doesn’t even take more than one night. Philadelphia and every other Democratic city could absolutely could have counted every vote in its possession on Tuesday night. The only reason to delay the tally is to muddle the waters and provide Democrats with the necessary time to “find” the votes they need to win.

Philadelphia is the exact city to do it in. The city already has a proven record of voter fraud:

There were two indictments for voter fraud in Philly earlier this year involving a Democratic election judge and a former Democratic congressman. I would be watching these ballots if I were GOP. https://t.co/fnRHegeJ98
— Mark Hemingway (@Heminator) November 4, 2020
Even National Review isn’t fooled by this behavior. On Tuesday night, the magazine laid out the sinister nature of the Democratic gambit in Pennsylvania:
The narrative that the Supreme Court has already authorized voting that does not comply with state election laws is just part one in a two-step scheme to enable post-election cheating: First, infiltrate as many illegal ballots as possible into the state systems; second, keep chanting that “every vote counts” and demagogue anyone who says otherwise — i.e., anyone who insists that state statutory law be followed — as “suppressing” votes, no doubt motivated by racism.
The Orwellian narrative is already being written: To call for the Constitution to be enforced is to “steal” the election. [National Review]
The same stunt is happening around the country, in the deep blue cities of America’s swing states. Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, all of them have slow-rolled or outright ceased counting votes, for no reason except to drag out the process and create the friction needed to add questionable votes. This isn’t complicated.

It’s an effort to snatch an election they know they are on the brink of losing.
But when observers called out the shady behavior right in front of their eyes, Big Tech swooped in to suppress the narrative:

— John Basham (@JohnBasham) November 4, 2020
It’s no mystery what is happening here. Remarkably, most Republicans in the past would go along with it.

Fortunately, Americans have a fighter as their president. In his speech early Wednesday morning, President called out the left’s color revolution for what it is: An unprecedented effort to drag out the election and change its outcome.
#BREAKING: TRUMP: "Frankly, We did win this election…"
"This is a major fraud on our nation… We'll be going to the U.S. Supreme Court."
"We want all voting to stop. We don't want them to find any ballots at 4 o'clock in the morning." pic.twitter.com/hWSL11rnsq
— Breaking911 (@Breaking911) November 4, 2020

This battle will be the fiercest political fight in living memory. Every institution in America is arrayed against the president. Big Tech will try to silence his every word. Democratic state officials will collude with efforts to “find” ballots and count mail-in votes with no postmark or signature. The media will attack the President’s every word while giving Biden endless deference.

Even Fox News did its part on Tuesday night to undermine the president. All night, the network avoided calling states for Trump, even when the race was clearly over in states like Texas and Florida. But with Arizona, the network almost instantly called the race, even though huge amounts of election-day votes were outstanding (and could yet flip the state to Trump). Their eagerness makes complete sense once one learns that Fox’s election guru is avid Democratic donor Arnon Mishkin. Mishkin has given more than $4500 to Democrats over the years, and on Tuesday night could be seen fanatically defending his decision to declare Arizona unwinnable for Trump, even as he dragged out calling states like Texas. The effort was clear: Even with President Trump leading in the key states, this strategy allowed election night to be treated as a “tie” or narrow Biden win, setting the stage for Biden to win as new votes are found in the coming days.

Cable news, the press, the colleges, big tech, the bureaucracy, the intelligence agencies: All of them spent four years trying to bring down the Trump presidency. The days to come are the climax of that effort. The color revolution is underway. But President Trump is standing firm against it.

Prepare for battle.
