I don't know if the DEW lasers are green. Only that a lot of green lasers are being seen in the middle of the night now.
Don't know any of this science yet.
But have seen enough reports for long enough about blue roofs not getting incinerated that I'm willing to paint my roof blue.
Lots more research needed.
Was hoping folks on TB2K could jump start the research process.

Blue as your only choice as an advertising move. Everybody can see that you've got one of Brand X's metal roofs. Same way Direct TV and Dish Network used highly visible dishes when they could use a satellite radio antenna, since the TV services and satellite radio services use the same satellites.

I think it's much more likely that any DEWs used against the people would be invisible to the naked eye. I found this video interesting. Perhaps some of our more techy folks could weigh in on whether or not this is bull.

I'm just being speculative, I have no proof.

No, but there were green laser lights reported prior to the fire in the days before it started. Then the miilitary poped up and said it was satilites if I remember correctly.
Conflating green laser lidar with directed energy weapons, that would likely be invisible, is silly. A buddy that worked on chemically pumped airborne anti missile lasers told me how they work and the amount of chemicals used for each shot. It is insane how much power it takes for just a single shot. Sone Star wars style beam burning entire towns would take a sustained nuclear reactor to power and something the size of the death star to house it.

I'm no help then. Several years ago, we had to paint our tin roof and the tech at the store where DH bought all the supplies, gave him lots of helpful tips...I was going to see if he remembered any of them because it turned out great.
I was upset because I don't like the shiny new look and the metal had aged to a pretty muted aged gray look. The tech matched the color exactly.

Around 2004 al-Queda put out a monthly magazine called "Inspire". They had a regular column called "Open Source Jihad" which gave instructions how to do attacks. They were the ons that said to use vehicles to drive into crowds and they were the ones that gave step-by-step indstructions to build a pressure cooker bomb ( This is where the Boston Bombers learned how to build one ). I remember one article gave instructions on how to build small incendiary devices that were time delayed. They said to just throw this around in the forest or dry brush and you will have time to get away before they ignite and cause a forest fire.

The terror group claims that the fires are a reprisal for Israel’s "occupation" of what they say are Palestinian lands.
Nineteen firefighters have been killed while fighting the blaze.

Well, at the end of WW II, the Japanese launched from their subs off the West coast, balloons with incendiary devices, to cause mass confusion and panic in the areas with forests. This is nothing new, as another foreign actor is responsible. Muslims are believed to have caused forest fires in recent times, with people caught, and nothing further heard. If someone is attempting this now, and in future, they should be tried publicly, and executed.

Yes, an airplane could be used to this do this kind of attack. But from a stealth point of view a satellite would be much more effective. No one sees it, no one hears it, and no logistics for using an aircraft to work out, the damage just appears. (and, we all end up on threads like this scratching our heads)
Past that I do have to wonder just who is running things with these satellites. The vid above states that the CCP is controlling them. The video also points out that the sats are referenced with a "NoradXX" desiginator.

Lasers are whatever color they were built to make due to the type of laser an example is a Co2 laser are 10.6 micrometers. Assuming it is a space based laser weapon, they would have to use a frequency that would pass through the air. They wouldn't be able to just change the frequency unless A: they could just put up a new one with a different technology and B: it would have to pass through the air like the original.I need to think about a new roof

There is a scientific reason why the sky is blue so there should be a scientific reason why the laser would not work on blue objects, I am guessing.
Another thought is they are using a laser to create a plasma path the conduct enormous electrical energy from the ionosphere to earth kind of like how they manipulate the hurricanes. Just spit balling here.

So I just looked at the google aerial footage from Lahaina. I saw red, white, brown, black, green and yes blue roofs on surviving structures. These are right next to destroyed structures. Blue roofs don’t even make up a majority of surviving roofs. If this whole blue roof theory was accurate I would expect to see most or all of those surviving roofs to be blue. I am guessing that those roofs are all metal roofs or tile roofs.
Following the Cali Camp fire they did a study on surviving homes. 46% of home built after the 2008 code changes to make them more fire resistant survived. Those built prior to the 1990s 16% survived. Ther was a lot of things discussed such as older homes having more grown up areas right around them, different building materials etc. But no mention of blue roofs.
Does anyone have pictures from fires where the only surviving cars and homes are blue? I couldn’t find any.
