You'll want to listen to this one. Included within the interview is a video excerpt from the U.S. Army Chief Of Staff who was doing a commencement speech and he let something slip that he shouldn't of. Somewhat chilling considering everything that is going on right now and he gives away a lot more than what he intended to.

In a speech last week at Norwich University, General Mark A. Milley, Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army, told the audience, many of whom were ROTC cadets, that in the future the cadets will be dealing with, among other things, “hybrid armies” and “little green men.” Some UFOers have assumed this to be an admission that armies of aliens and their alien/human hybrids are threatening the Earth. However, both of those are military terms that mean something entirely different.
Milley made the remarks at an event marking the 100th anniversary of the ROTC program. His speech emphasized the qualities that will be important for the cadets in the future, especially given the increasing complexity of world conflicts.
“If the world if (sic) 1916 was complex, or the world of 1945 was complex, the world of 2016 is intensely complex, and I can tell you that from personal experience,” he said. “You’ll be dealing with terrorists, you’ll be dealing with hybrid armies, you’ll be dealing with little green men, you’ll be dealing with tribes, you’re going to be dealing with it all, and you’re going to be dealing with it simultaneously.”
His statements appear to be shocking. He seems to be telling the cadets that he knows from experience they will be fighting aliens! And what about hybrid armies? What are those? They sound terrifying.
Those familiar with terminology used in the study of alleged alien abduction know hybrids to be beings that are half alien and half human. This has lead some websites to proclaim that the Army has admitted they are preparing for battle with aliens!
However, this is not the case. Both of these are terms that are being used by the military to mean something other than aliens. “Hybrid armies” is actually referring to the mix of conventional and non-conventional nature of many of our enemies. For instance, some of them are non-state combatants, or terrorists that do not belong to a recognized state, like ISIS.
These armies might also be using a mixture of tactics, such as an army that includes cyber warfare. It is a new term, but essentially represents the complex and non-traditional makeup of combat forces.
So what about the “little green men?” These are the forces that were seen in the Ukraine that the are believed to be Russian special forces. They are Russian forces deployed in Ukraine and Crimea, but they wear unmarked uniforms and drive unmarked vehicles. Russia has denied they have deployed these forces. It has been a strange case of everyone knowing who they really are, but their identities being officially denied.
So, Milley was not warning the cadets about aliens, but perhaps just as scary, he was warning them about the complex makeup of the enemies they will face. This includes terrorist, armies without states, cyber warfare, and unidentified armies working covertly.
If Milley is hiding a secret about the U.S. engaging in a secret battle with aliens, he hasn’t let it slip, yet. Either there is no such battle, or he figured he freaked out the cadets enough. He might have reckoned adding the aliens thing could have made them all go screaming out of the room.

The COS also said that they would be dealing [as army officers] with national and local leaders. He knows the collapse is coming. And the video is more of an audio blog only about 60mb in size. If you have a slow connection you can download it and go get a cup of coffee or something while your waiting.

.I wish he had been more specific. Was he referring to Leprechauns or Trolls? I want to know which to look out for.

So I would assume, that little would be a references to the patriots, etc.. who have the training/temperament to stay gray and little? Little green men that seem to be, yet no one can find them. Unorganized for the most part let have common objectives and MOs.

"Little Green Men" are state sponsored soldiers and working for a foreign government in another county or sphere of influence in a clandestine manner. They are "deniable" - there is nothing to tie them back to their country of origin, their country of origin will not claim them or negotiate for their release or good treatment if captured.
We do that too, it's called "sheepdipping" here, you can look up the term if you want a further explanation.
They are not trolls, they are not Martians, they are special operators which means they are extraordinarily capable in military terms and therefore especially dangerous. Russian Spetsnaz are basically like American Rangers on steroids, intended for raids and short term military operations of a dangerous and risky nature, combined with US Special Forces which are basically force multipliers intended to create trained and disciplined and supplied army forces out of the indigenous population. USSF are basically glorified schoolteachers who are often misused as Rangers.
People like those described as 'little green men' provide a leavening agent to indigenous forces, a small force capable of doing things the indig cannot or will not do, often supplied by their home country on a clandestine basis with equipment and intelligence and feeding front line reports back home on an equally clandestine basis. We did the same sort of thing in WW2 with the European resistance leading up to D Day, we sent in three man teams (called Jedburghs from where they were trained) and larger 10-12 man teams (called OGs or Operational Groups) to stiffen and supply the European resistance groups. This is in part where current US Special Forces trace their origins.
It's an old concept and a useful one, it was used here in what became the US by the British during the Revolution when they sent a pair of British officers to Cross Creek (now Fayetteville, NC) to raise the local loyalist militia and lead them down to the coast near Wilmington to support a major landing of British troops at Brunswick Town.
The Whigs got word of it, raised the patriot militia, countermarched ahead of the Tories and stopped them at the battle of Moore's Creek Bridge.
This stuff has been going on a long time, the Russian 'little green men' are just the latest example.

It's never a mistake to pay attention to Holter and Sinclair. The latter's gold to 1600 was really farfetched when he first made the call. Then it was delayed. But it came, and his reasoning proved correct. Still, back in 2006 it sounded like madness, except to those deeply immersed in the analysis of metals. He never lost sight of his reasons, the 5 pillars of gold.
Nobody expected the collapse of markets and the overlay of the simulacrum, which has overtaken the financial world. It's amazing that they've been able to carry it on for so long.

A big difference with the latest Russian manifestation was the degree of "in your face" it was, in large part due to the advancements in telecommunications, making the deniability of those forces as much of a thrown down gauntlet as their activities were to everyone with any interest in the outcome.
WHEN this breaks (not IF) it will be WORLD WIDE. There are NO independent markets any more on a national basis, they are all connected by the flow of information if not the flow of goods and what passes for money.
