The simple fact is that this moron could not formulate policy on any issue you care to name and maybe this is true of most American politicians but doing nothing is not necessarily a bad thing, Biden is chronically inept but has put forward as a candidate for unknown reasons for years and years. I regard Biden as being inept like shrub, even more inept than Clinton and Obama, in fact all your Presidents apart from Trump have been crap but that is not necessarily a bad thing...........
