U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX) released a series of leaked photos to Axios showing the deplorable, overcrowded conditions of migrant children being held in South Texas. A short time later, James O’Keefe released additional disturbing photos depicting children having to sleep on floor mats in overcrowded facilities which were rapidly opened amid a worsening humanitarian crisis.

Congressman Cuellar, who lives along the Texas border with Mexico, told Axios these unaccompanied migrant children are living in eight “pods” designed to hold up to 260 people. However, Border Patrol officials are actually holding more than 400 unaccompanied male minors in the spaces, the Texas congressman said.

The Biden Administration has not allowed news media or Members of Congress to photograph the conditions under which these migrant children are being held.

Cuellar recently visited the facility, but did not take the photos. He said the images were captured over the past weekend.

Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe released additional photographs and video leaked from inside Border Patrol facilities where up to 3,000 unaccompanied migrant minors are being held — often well beyond the 72-hour legal holding limit for minors.

During the Obama/Biden administration in June 2014, Breitbart Texas’ Brandon Darby released leaked photos showing the deplorable conditions where children were being locked in jail cells — often packed shoulder-to-shoulder. The following photos are from that 2014 Breitbart Texas article.

From what I could tell, most of those in the recent photos look like teenagers with a scattering of kids that look between about 8 to 12.

Interesting, I've been suspicious that the press hasn't been allowed in at all - it does look like a disease factory if nothing else because those kids are way too close together even in normal times, much less with a highly contagious disease running around.

Especially if they are just going to dump these kids into foster care all over the US.

Props to Mr. Cuellar and Axios for having cojones, especially with Axios being an existential left-wing rag.

But wait ... where are AOC and Beto hiding? There should be indignant pronouncements with millions of dollars being raised.

Where are Chelsea and Mama Hillary with their trademark "Outrageous that .... " tweets?

Yeah, the age spread is similar to what Europe is seeing, a preponderance of military aged males, but with a lot more women and kids mixed in.

And if what the long-term "goal" is, is a combination of potential military recruits and cheap labor, you get that faster with teenagers (and even tweenagers) than you do with little kids.

And I'm not the only one looking at alternative motives than just more voting Democrats, I'll try to find it but there was a piece on Zero Hedge about this. Again, they speculated that of course they DO want more Democratic voters, but there may be other agendas going on as well.

From a local perspective here. Cuellar and the mayor of McAllen are complaining because the illegals are getting dropped off at the bus station with no health checks whatsoever. The state jumped in with covid tests for them, but still people showing positive were let go. And the local health authority doctor is more worried about the Spring breakers at south Padre Island than the illegals. Wait for TB to start showing up in pockets around the country soon. Along with other diseases showing up also

They look like those "space blankets" from years ago. My question is why is everyone in the pictures completely wrapped up in those things? Looks like dead bodies instead of live human beings. Something is a little off there.

I have heard of space blankets, but don't remember them much.

You know, that is a disturbing thought. Good question. The whole thing is off. This is not the right or humane way to treat illegal aliens. They should be quickly deported. It is much, much cheaper in the long run.

Their govs should not be given a free pass. Let their gov be made to get busy taking care of them, jobs and all. This stupidity cycle needs to stop.
