I love cheese and would be very sad if society collapses and I can’t make a grilled cheese sandwich. I can’t tell from the description, so my apologies if this is a dumb question. What kind of cheese is Bega processed Australian cheese”? Is it more like Velveeta or brie or cheddar? Does it melt well? Is it better in a sauce than on a sandwich? Trying to decide whether and how much to buy.

this is a long-term storage cheese and you can use it for all purposes.

Yes, but I was wondering what it is like, out of the can. I take it it’s not liquid, but is it a soft or hard cheese? And have people tried it for a variety of purposes? Does it work better for some than others? Thanks!

It will be soft and tender if you are storing it a room temperature and in case you are freezing it then it will get hard.
Yiu can store it in both ways and you can search for reviews on youtube, i am sure you will get some videos from our customers.

I remember watching some can opening videos on Youtube a while back. From what I remember they said it was like a harder version of Velveeta cheese block.
