So yeah, there are the skilled, top drawer whores and then there’s the truck stop kind…but they’re all still whores.
Got into an argument many years ago with a high school girlfriend. We were watching a movie with two well known male actors who were sharing a kiss on TV…
I said, “Man, I didn’t think they were homos!”
She acted offended (she was in the drama program at school) and said, “they’re just acting, it doesn’t mean anything to them!” “You just don’t understand acting!”
I said “Really, doesn’t mean anything huh? Would you do a love scene with your father since it’s not real and doesn’t mean anything!”
She was pretty upset…I don’t know why, because my logic was sound…
Very few actors get $20 mil per picture. Mr. Elliott isn’t one of them.

The Harris-Walz campaign is struggling to reach men, and is apparently desperate enough to try running an ad featuring someone whom most people feel is a 'man's man' to shame men into voting for a woman.

Of course no one is following Sam Elliot to hell, hopefully, but kinda on the same token be careful of what famous person you like as well. The truth of who they are eventually comes out and it leads to disappointment. We tend to personify actors and actresses according to the roles we see them play in movies and on stage but like we are seeing here their real life colors come out sooner or later. I used to like Elvis when I was a kid. Until I met his step brother at a church youth retreat and learned a few things. What Rick Stanley told us at that retreat disturbed me greatly. After that I looked at every famous person as suspect.
Like others have said once you sell your soul the Devil eventually he wants his payment.
I guess I learned at a very young age to not trust or care about actors, actresses, musicians(much longer list could be added) that this world and the people in it are lies and liars full of greed. Especially true of whats on TV.
It’s a waste of time to be influenced by what they get paid to say.
