I don't know how long these would store, but certainly worth making now.http://www.freekibblekids.com/

Ingredients:
•¼ cup peanut butter
•1 tablespoon vegetable oil
•1 cup water
•2 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
•1 cup oatmeal
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl combine peanut butter, oil, and water. Slowly add four, then oatmeal. Roll dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut with a cookie cutter.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes. Makes 2 ½ dozen.
One of the best parts is taking the treats out to the shelter and giving them to the dogs that definitely deserve them!

Hell, throw in a little sugar and that sounds like a decent cookie. :dpaw:
