TECH As Promised Websites Going Down

For those of you familiar with nonaiswa.org our site was hacked to the degree it was irreparable. I believe that it was some government actors who accessed the site. A team of international technical people got the site partially up but you need to know the following as you surf the web (from my webmaster):

"Dreamhost, the hosting company we use, has been hit with a variety of hackers taking down wordpress sites. We have moved the site to a server in another country. We are still working to restore the damaged files"

You gotta have a backup of your website. Worst case, wipe the site and install the backup. You'll only lose a few days worth of material.

It was backed up, that is the only good news in the deal.

Whoever inserted bad code, very bad code into my most popular posts and global tech team is having their work cut out for them to clean them up before they are accessible to the public.

Probably a SQL injection attack. Those are normally the worst.
