Here's another easy good slaw that is on the sweet side.
Apple Orange Slaw
1 1/2 c Cabbage (sliced up)
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can unsweetened mandarin oranges (drained)
1 lg Apple (red delicious and diced)
1/2 c Vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 tb Brown sugar
Place first 3 ingredients in bowl and combine. Set aside. Combine yogurt and brown sugar and mix well. Then mix with other ingredients. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
