We have some knowledge of ants but this is a mystery. We've been in this place a little under 3 years and so far no ant invasion. We have been most greatful for this as we've had it before.
Night before last DH said have you seen the ants in the bathroom? I went and looked and there was a solid black line from the ceiling across the room to the wall and back along the side wall to the entry point. I've no idea how many were in the line but hundreds is not an overestimate. They did this for approximately 4 hours and then left. Two days have past and none have returned.
We are very curious about what they were doing. I had said to DH if they find the kitchen the game is over. I am sure they must of sent scouts to the other parts of the house but so far no further invasions. I don't see one single ant in the place anywhere.
