Its beginning to look like martial law may have to be implemented and the use of military to quell this. In such situation orders may be given to give them a chance to surender and they may only have an hour or less to respond.
once the troops start moving in they Amy be ordered to give no quarter I.E. take few if any prisoners.

Now how may remember all the talk of prisons that were built under FEMA that just sitting there unused? I'm not talking about WWII prisoner was style camps but real prison building's.
I remember hell we may have to hunker down in them ourselves just to survive this mess. Remember the walking dead prison?

Funny as heck!!!

They want to get rid of the police, but set up a policing system in 10 minutes flat.
They want to get rid of ids for immigration purposes and they install an id check system in 10 minutes flat
They want to get rid of guns, but they arm everyone who is part of the government in the first 10 minutes.
They hate taxes, but start taxing everyone by the point of a gun in the first 10 minutes.
They insist on a full democracy, but scrap that for a Warlord in the first day.......

Can it get any better?

LOL

The mayors and governors have first dibs in straightening these messes out? If Trump goes in guns-a-blazin everyone’s gonna be bitching about that!!! I’m pretty sure it’s coming.

It's called Federalism
The State has the first responsibility to fix this. If you believe in state's rights you should support this.
The Feds come in when the state has been proven to have failed.

Are they at that point? You decide.

‘This is not a game’: Trump threatens to ‘take back’ Seattle as protesters set up ‘autonomous zone’
June 11, 2020 at 12:07 p.m. EDT
After days of clashes with protesters outside the Seattle Police Department’s East Precinct, authorities backed down on Monday, removing barricades and boarding up the building. Since then, protesters have moved in, proclaiming the area the “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone,” where the police are forbidden, food is free and documentaries are screened at night.

To some protesters, it’s a first step toward their demands to defund the police and end racial injustice.
But President Trump suggested another term for the demonstrators late Wednesday: “Domestic Terrorists.” Trump blasted Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan (D) and Washington Gov. Jay Inslee (D) on Twitter, threatening federal action if local leaders don’t “take back” the city.
“Radical Left Governor @JayInslee and the Mayor of Seattle are being taunted and played at a level that our great Country has never seen before,” Trump tweeted. “Take back your city NOW. If you don’t do it, I will. This is not a game. These ugly Anarchists must be stooped [sic] IMMEDIATELY. MOVE FAST!”

Both Durkan and Inslee swiftly hit back at Trump.
“A man who is totally incapable of governing should stay out of Washington state’s business. ‘Stoop’ tweeting,” Inslee wrote on Twitter, mocking Trump for a misspelling in his tweet.
Durkan added: “Make us all safe. Go back to your bunker,” referring to when Trump was rushed to a safe room in the White House last month during protests over the death of George Floyd.
Trump also took a swipe at former vice president Joe Biden on Thursday morning, taunting that he “refuses to leave his basement ‘sanctuary’ and tell his Radical Left BOSSES that they are heading in the wrong direction. Tell them to get out of Seattle now."
Biden’s presidential campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the remark.
Trump’s tweets echo his earlier threats to use military force to quell unrest as thousands took to the streets nationwide to decry police brutality. Those threats led to an unprecedented backlash against the president from high-ranking former military officers.
Although Trump’s tweets didn’t specifically name the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, nicknamed CHAZ, his comments appeared directed at the movement — a major topic Wednesday on conservative-friendly media.
Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show on Wednesday night included an alarming report on CHAZ, describing a “complete takeover of a seven-block area of a Seattle neighborhood,” and alleging that armed protesters are patrolling the area.
Soon after moving in on Tuesday, the protesters hung a banner on the police precinct proclaiming, “THIS SPACE IS NOW PROPERTY OF THE SEATTLE PEOPLE,” the Seattle Times reported. Protesters later screened Ava DuVernay’s documentary “13th,” which highlights racial inequities in the justice system. At least one man with a long gun was seen in the area, the Times reported, despite a weapons ban on Capitol Hill, but the scene has been peaceful since police left the area.
Inside the zone, the protesters have held long “town halls” to discuss their plans and hash out a strategy. Speakers on Wednesday took turns on a stage with loudspeakers, sharing their visions for change with an attentive crowd seated in a wide semicircle.
“From what I’ve gathered, we’re trying to take our community back so we can live without a massive police force patrolling the streets,” one protester, Michael Taylor, told the Times.
It’s unclear how long police will steer clear of the group. Durkan, who has faced calls to resign over the police’s use of tear gas and flash bangs on protesters, hasn’t directly addressed the autonomous zone. Asked about CHAZ on Wednesday, Inslee declined to comment, saying, “That’s news to me.”
Trump’s stance was clear, however, as he blasted the movement as a dangerous development aided by his political opponents. “Domestic Terrorists have taken over Seattle, run by Radical Left Democrats, of course,” Trump tweeted.
Later on Wednesday inside the CHAZ, protesters set up tents and prepared for another night on the streets. A funk/hip-hop group called Marshall Law Band played a concert, the Times reported, and then protesters gathered for another documentary: the 1990 exploration of underground LGBTQ dance culture “Paris Is Burning.”

No word yet from the state capital and no action taking place against this. As of now it's known the local mayor and attached government is involved in this.
We're not seeing the residents of the state mobilizing with hunting rifles to get after them

They should set up a perimeter 1 block away all the way around. Then not let as much as a cockroach go in or out. Shut off water and electricity (everybody else has to pay for it). Block cell service. Then arrest everyone as they come crawling out in a couple of days.

We demand in replacement of the current criminal justice system the creation of restorative/transformative accountability programs as a replacement for imprisonment.
From their own "demands," they are admitting that for someone to be in prison, that person had a problem or they wouldn't need transformation!

In their demand for re-trial of all persons of color to be heard by a jury of their peers, apparently they don't know what the word "peer" means. They must mean that a jury of thieves would hear the case of someone who has robbed a person or place! What a bunch of maroons.

I haven't read the entire thread. I think they should just let them have it. Let them "occupy" the area.

To "protect" them from the police and conservatives put parallel patrolled security fences. Just shut off all power, water and other government services. They don't need anything from the government. Right?

Why don't we use water cannons in the US?
I asked a Sheriff that exact question was told if there was a person with disability in riot, the town would be sued. That is about right if the dumb a** is in a wheel chair in a riot he’s protected.

I would have shot them. Sorry, no one but the government gets to extort me for money.
Many here would agree, but keep in mind, if they didn’t kill you in the gun battle, they would come back later, follow you home and get your family, or torch your business. Only superior firepower would dissuade them from revenge. In the past that was part of the thin veneer, having enough police maintaining order.
Unless you can field a superior force and make it stick, you’re going to die. If you and several other businesses mount a massive offense on the first demand for extortion payment, give them a bloody nose, you might become a major player and survive. I doubt many there can pull it off.

the protesters - rioters - looters - arsonists - all believe they can do anything they want with no consequence.
the end result is simple
there is no way to regain control without kill some

and no one has the stones to do it . . . within the authority of government

Do we no longer have a President? This is the biggest outrage yet. A foreign power seizing territory from our nation and NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT!

I get what you are saying. I am not going to say you are completely unfounded in your comment, there are risks. But the risk is MUCH greater to the other side, than to the USA.

This is great for Trump, a win/win/win. These people voted for this type of response, whether they knew it or not. This is a State issue and Trump's next move is to put on tarrifs, revoke statehood, ignore electors, stop Federal funding, all kinds of big boy actions. Not send in troops.

But if American-loving citizens get control of the House, Senate, and Presidency in just 5 months from now, that is 100% the best outcome we can hope for. And this is making that happen more than Russia Spy, Collusion, Ukraine, Impeachment, Corona, or Riots ever could.

People all around the country are scared to death on what is going on in downtown Seattle. Many in this thread are worried about this, just on principle alone, including myself.

BUT

The Governor admitted night before last that he didn't. Even. Know. It was happening. Listen again, the Governor of Washington, didn't know that a group of anarchists set up a new country in his own flagship city. (please let that sink in).
