alkaline water

Hi

I was wondering does anyone drink alkaline water, if so what benefits does it have over normal or bottled water?

Great question as I have heard it has great benefits. I would like to also add the question of - How does one get alkaline water? I know a lady who drinks it and all she said is that it was a very involved process and pretty expensive. Thanks for any information on this.

It's easy to alkalinize water. All you have to do is add a bit of lemon juice to it. Although lemon juice is acidic it actually changes in your body to make it alkaline. I add it to my water every day. You do not need expensive water treatment systems or need to buy bottled stuff. We have a regular charcoal filter on our sink and fill our glasses and add a teaspoon or so of lemon juice.

Better than just alkaline water is alkaline, antioxidant, restructured water which is created by a water ionization machine.
