North to the Future
I appreciate China Connection recent post...We here above the 62nd parallel are just starting to green up. The birch trees just popped yesterday and the robins are all following me around the various beds checking out what I am doing
Planted my garlic starts yesterday and horseradish today. I don't know if I will be here to harvest but I have to do this. Two potato beds in, one more to go...working on either a new bed or just a compost pile I love working outdoors, have many new peonies in despite the ridiculous amount of rocks (guess we had glaciers thru here or something).
Anyone else here grown horseradish? I like it really strong...but it is a new one for me!
