His summary of the status of our hospitals is a sobering read. I tried to picture what the planning sessions of these hospitals must look like in terms of who is at the table. Adminstrators, HCW, legal team, accountants, insurance representatives, municiple/hazardous waste. Did I miss anybody? Unfortunately it looks like a circular firing squad to me. They are in an impossible situation.

Hey SUmmerthyme, here's one option for ya.
If using firefox, add this plugin:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blank-your-monitor-easy-readin/
It's a plugin for us that work in darkened rooms on monitors (so you'll have to reverse the colors, below)
It's designed to turn the typical black text on white to white text on black, lowering the visual stimulation on the eyes.

restart the browser, go to plugins, click on the plugin's options, set Text to black (from white), set background to white (from black), save.
go to the fantastic site Chuck has introduced us all to (Thanks Chuck!! :-), left click on the leetle icon in the very bottom, right corner of the firefox browser, this turns on the BYM plugin for web pages, leaving images alone but setting text and background to your setting.
I usually read this site with the pale yellow background. It's white now.

Click the icon again and the browser reverts back to the normal display of web pages, on all tabs.

The Raconteur Report is black text on a white background.
