Advice needed on a Sun Oven

I got one and like it. I live with alot of wind and it did flip with the wind. Am thinking about strapping it onto a childs wagon so I can move it with the sun. Yes, It did get to 350* in there.

I have had one since 1994 and use it often. It is true that the wind will mess with it, but you can brace it against the wind. I like mine so much that I bought a second one about 3 years ago. There are other types that might be as good at cooking and better in the wind, tho. I haven't tried any others. I use mine for making slow cooking dishes. Beans come out heavenly. You will never eat a better bean than what comes out of a solar oven. I also make some wonderful bread puddings and mac & cheese, too. You can put veggies into pickle jars with no water at all and they will come out perfectly cooked and very tastey. Find a solar cookbook and you will get lots of tips on cooking with the sun.
