Herbal 1 pound of Elderberries

Quick question. How many pints/quarts of syrup does a 1 l bag of dried elderberries make?

For me, 10 Grolsch bottles that hold just under a quart each. Be aware that if several people are using it, that is not as much as it sounds like.

1# of berries is 4 cups. 3 cups makes 18 bottles of syrup, using my recipe with honey and vodka.

LOL at frazbo! A pretty frazzled "queen"... bottling another 72 bottle batch (the largest my herb press and 24 quart Stockport can hold) and soaking more berries for the next one. Thank God for my wonderful hubby! Since it's raining, he's helping...
