Just heard a squib on the local news about the website linked below. Enter your address, and it tells you what your chances are of having wildfire or flood damage in the next 30 years. My house is fine, but my rural property is at high risk of wildfire. www.riskfactor.com

Has this been posted before? I haven't tried to use it yet myself, but thought it might be useful for folks to figure out their evacuation plans ahead of whatever situation may befall them. RtePM
