Ok, Ok, I know we are supposed to ROTATE our preps. I had to move twice in the last 10 years and I found this little tin that held individual packets of "Taster's Choice" gourmet roast coffee. Best use date of May 2002.
Was stored in a temperature controlled environment. IT TASTES GREAT...
My favorite is Kalua. It goes good in coffee this time of year.
3cups white sugar
12 rounded teaspoons Tasters Choice freeze dried coffee
4 cups water
Mix and bring to a boil, simmer for 1 hour.
Cool and stir in 1 fifth of Vodka and 3 teaspoons real vanilla
Bottle. May be used...

Tasters Choice
Stored cold in the winter and hot in the summersince 2000. In a dark room with NO light.
Clear glass jar dated 2001. Seal solid but decided to open as I found a tiny rust spot forming. Jar still had air tight integrity. All "pieces" were loose and not caked at all.
