Putin will attack now and hold nothing back.
Putin? He couldn't care any less.
He may roll into the Crimea, but he, like all Russians, had no interest in tackling the US on our own soil.
The Chinese? They're both desperate and stupid. They might have something up their sleeve, but Taiwan is most likely in their sights right now.

Let's Go Brandon!
Guilty on all charges, regarding the death of a POS African
convicted felon, high as a kite drug addict,
who was turned into a martyr and saint, by the communist
demoncrap party. Its as simple as that.

White LEO need to get out of law enforcement, and let the cities burn.

I have been told by some relatives, that they know some LEO who
stay away from Africans now. Its totally let the Africans be.

Now on deck, Civil Rights Act 2. It will create the dual tiered criminal
justice system, that is so badly needed now, for the POS Africans.

Let the POS Africans be, will become federal law.

Best path going forward for most Whites? Get out of the ZUSA.
It is no longer a White nation, gets darker with each passing day,
and will become the new South Africa by 2030.

Please be safe everyone. My belief in the ZUSA was already on
shaky grounds, now it has totally collapsed.

Regards to all.

but, the fact that they were not truly gave chauvin grounds for appeal. the judge already said he had grounds simply because of maxine waters alone.
Yep, and I suspect that appeal will be made very quickly.

As for the members of the jury, they are human beings and I'm pretty sure they got word that MSM like CBS was happy to DOXX their addresses. To me (and I have no legal training) I would suspect a judge might consider that on appeal as well.

Though as I said in the earlier thread if the public attitude turns into people who serve on high profile and divisive cases are 'chumps" as opposed to brave citizens doing their civic duty and worth of respect, that no one will serve on juries.

This may be what some of the "elites" want, in many European countries only pannels of judges make decisions; it is most countries that have a basis in English Common law like America, Ireland, Canada, the United Kingdom, etc that have jury trials for most serious cases.

And while jury trials have been turned into a circus for a combination of reasons, not having them at all would be a lot worse.

Please, Please, Please, He was a well respected citizen in his community, he ran a community center, taught at disadvantaged schools and was a future NBA/NFL Star, but was waiting for his MIT Scholarship. Only to have his life ripped away, from a White Honky cop!!!!

Cops can't quit.
Who will be the enforcers for the state?

That, and of course their potential retirement benefits. The System has a way of putting golden handcuffs on you if you stay around long enough. Long enough is roughly 5-10 years. After that you are sort of trapped, in terms of retirement money. Not arguing right or wrong here. That is what happens.

Appeals are not in front of a jury.
I know that, sorry if I didn't make that clear, what I meant was the jury had to have heard things (not being sequestered) about pigs heads and blood being poured over the front porch of a defense witness and possibly that CBS news was thinking of publishing their addresses.

Both of which happened before they were sequestered as was Auntie Maxine's call for "harder confrontation" if the guy wasn't found guilty.

I suspected that a judge might feel the jury might just have felt a wee bit intimidated even if they tried as hard as they could to avoid the news. In my view, it was a big mistake not to sequester the jury for the entire time.

I'd say it's going so fast that we won't recognize this country in a year.

With what's going on now, that may be seen as worth the loss to leave.

i do have some real wonderings about the judge. sometimes, his judgments made us all go "wth?"

i do wonder if he allowed things for a purpose. we all knew the outcome before it started, and the threat that was stated outright. its possible it all went this way and now it can be stated that the jurors did the "right' thing and are now immune to the "justice', but he knew it would be overturned later.

i'm not saying that is the gospel, but it certainly is possible.

Imagine being on a jury and you have a U.S. Congresswoman and the President of the United States threatening you to convict and ready to hand you over to a frothing, terrorist mob. I bet you would convict too.

The term is "undue influence".....

That all being said, I can't understand taking the guy out of the back of the squad car when they had him there and not just running him to the nearest either ER or precinct but instead pulling him back out of the car and placing him on the ground and into a both exposed situation and one of less control.
