While I agree that there needs to be better physical fitness standards in police, fire, and other emergency positions, dude just had an almost life ending situation on the job. Maybe he will take this and try to improve his fitness to hopefully have a healthier and better life.

The comments on the youtube footage overwhelming support the police officer. It was noted that the officer was polite and easy going, and a little too lenient, which led to the suspect being able to access her firearm. It's also obvious from the videos that she shot first.

In fact, it reminds me of posting the Floyd death Way back when, as it has that same visceral punch...

Looks like the officer only shoots after he has been shot. He is falling back from the impact when he fires without really aiming. Lucky he got a round in her. She probably would have driven over him several times.

Prayers for the officers recovery.

It was smart for the PD to get the camera footage out early.

As is always the case. I will bet that the female has an extensive record.

I wonder what she was hiding or was it just this senseless rage against "the man" we are seeing more and more of?

I'm getting so sick of seeing these...people...think they don't have to follow the law and have every right to fight and try and kill any police officer that tries to arrest them. They'll keep this up until the cops stop, the real riots will start, they'll move towards the suburbs and the country, and then the people will react as anyone would expect they would, except for the African Americans who seem to think their low education, high crime, high illegitimacy lifestyles should have no effect.

The first clue was how she grabbed her purse when she ran away from the officer. Obvious, after the fact, she was hiding something in it.

The officer pretty much followed protocol though by trying to subdue her with the tazer.

He brought up his sidearm while still trying to deploy the tazer.

Very difficult to determine who fired how many shots and when they were fired.

An additional question, was the officer wearing a vest and where was he struck?

First of all no traffic stop is routine!! Second of all making a traffic stop on a car registered to a scumbag with six felony warrant's is far, far, far, from routine!!!

Especially in hindsight, I think you are on to something.

The landscape has changed.

Patrols with a single officer are just not viable anymore. Two officers would have made a big difference. Additional units for an uncooperative subject is even better. A female officer, for a female suspect, should be dispatched immediately.

If the suspect runs, then fine, they can be tracked down and arrested later.

Four minutes off was his backup, that's a eternity in police work. I wouldn't have approached that car with a felony hit on the owner that's for sure! shotgun would have been out yelling commands over the PA system and holding them until backup arrived.

All of these events, involving POS Africans will change when

Most major metro areas will have 100% African LEO.

I still think that if any faction, criminal, political, police, what have you, was SERIOUS about bringing this situation to heel, that there would be massive community education undertaken in "calm" times re: the rules of engagement, the expectations, courses of behavior, and CONSEQUENCES of x,y, or z actions.



Of course, if all the outrage, and all the emotion were bled off, how could da meedia, and grievence ghoul industries make their $$$ off the situation? What would they use to control, punish and reward the populations? How would they make up for the slush funds that surround the issue going dry? Too cynical yet again? I doubt it. They thrive in the current situation, and do all within their power to keep it ineffectual and a source of tension and trouble for the communities.

They will be told to stop and go home. Then outcome the fire hoses . And so for
after skidding down the street for a block or two they go home. At least the last
time a large group got unruly that is what happened.

She was driving boyfriends car. He had 6 active felony warrants out on him.
