There is/was an authentic German restaurant on the main Hwy between E-Town and Radcliff (It might have been in Radcliff) that we loved. Is it still open? I can't remember the name of it at the moment. The restaurant looked like a big German chalet. I would hate to know that it has closed.
Also my favorite stop in etown is. The texas outlaw steakhouse not to be confused with the texas roadhouse same exit in etown .....texas outlaw is a top notch steakhouse with really good prices ...med rare ribeye is the best steak around

So, no one will be charged with her murder?

There was no murder.
A drug runner that was in relationships and business with two separate drug dealers was killed when her dealer BF fired at police, striking Officer Mattingly.

She played the game, and won her prize.
The BF should have won one, too.
And the family should have gotten nothing.

This is just another in a long string of BLM promoting criminals, pretending they're saints.

No, we never ate there, but bet is was good, too. We stayed in E-town a week while visiting our son stationed at Knox, only eating at the German restaurant. We sat and talked a lot to the owner who did all the cooking. She was an old German lady who would come out and sit at our table with us. We had a blast with her! It was fun listening to her and Cary speaking in their native language! She even told us her recipe for one of our favorite dishes there. It was exactly how Cary's mom made it. I make it the same way.

The live stream showed she-boons working themselves and others up to a frenzy. Looked like a damn fine halftime speech to the team too. Too bad they weren't going to be directed back out onto the court through the wrong door, into the pool.

This is a problem LEGISLATORS need to solve--not the police and certainly not rioters. No-Knock Warrants are, I believe, against both the spirit and the letter of the Constitution. I know the boyfriend shot and the police returned fire---but no-knock warrants need to be outlawed. Before the days of madness and riots, here in Atlanta a 92-year-old little grandmother was shot to death due to a no-knock warrant where the police had the wrong house. The little old lady heard the door being busted down, thought it was a home invasion (reasonable, as she was a black lady living in a black neighborhood) and had her gun in her hands, ready to shoot the "invaders." When the police saw the gun, they followed their training and shot her---realizing belatedly they had the wrong house and the wrong person. If no-knock warrants weren't allowed, a lot of this would stop.

NEW news just out---it was NOT a "no-knock warrant" incident!

Even though the police "had" a "no-knock warrant"--THEY DID NOT USE IT! THEY KNOCKED ON THE DOOR--

her boyfriend Walker ANSWERED THE DOOR WITH A GUN IN HIS HAND ALREADY POINTED AT THE POLICE

and they shot him.

Attorney General said the detectives breached the door after knocking and no response. The first officer was shot by the suspect. Officer returned fire and the second officer returned fire as well. Justified shoot.

Nope. See what happens when your boyfriend is a freaking drug dealer? She should have known better.
I thought her very EX boyfriend was a drug dealer, in fact, I read that the boyfriend that shot the police was a SandBox Veteran who thought it was a home invasion when three men in civilian clothing stormed into the apartment and before he saw who it was, he thought it might be the EX-boyfriend trying to break in and do harm.

Now I am not in KY, this story may be wrong or a cover from the MSM, but I've read it a number of times over the last several weeks.

And sure, it would be even better for her to have never dated the guy at all, but when I was young and stupid I know I dated people that turned out not to be such a good idea, one I even tried to get a restraining order on.

But if this case IS as I've heard it reported, then people need to think long and hard about "what would I do" if three strange men broke down your door while you were in bed watching a movie with your significant other or spouse, and came charging in holding guns, especially if you were a combat vet?

If there is ever something that justifies self-defense, this one is it and I agree what needs to happen is to make no-knock warrents, especially in civilian clothing illegal as heck; except in some very rare situation like hostage situations and those should need more than a sleepy judge just signing on the dotted line.

Such a situation should demand a detailed (even if hasty) explanation and preferably more than one judge, when possible before signing off on it - also some personal responsibility needs to be there on the part of the cops/authoroties requesting it - and they know they could face charges if they do it wrong or twist the situation.

I have also heard from several sources that the cops though "Brianna's apartment will be an easy target" they didn't realize her current boyfriend was a gun carrying vet.

Now if her current boyfriend was the drug dealer (who I gather was arrested later that night somewhere else) then the whole situation changes again.

Not news, that’s been known from the beginning. Only libtards and libtard news like CNN have said otherwise.

Haven't read all the way through, so here's what I'm thinking...the family took the money...to them THAT is justice for their daughter, whatever, and should get on tv and tell the public: We took the money, deal done...now go home. To the "Agenda"...no amount of money will cover what they have in mind for America.
We all know that's not going to happen, but that's the rules they play by. Get offered a boatload of money and still crying and yelling "Victim!!!".

Those no-knock warrants always unsettled me. That's a recipe for someone accidentally breaking into the wrong home and the homeowner defending him / herself. Then you DISCOVER after the fact that it was all apparently legal and suddenly the homeowner's up on charges.

it matters NOT what we do for "them" . . . it will NEVER be ENOUGH. these are perpetual victims; they have been well trained to play that part and they will NEVER be satisfied. if and when they have burnt this country to the ground and every white debil is daid - it STILL will not be enough and their misery will STILL BE WHITEY'S FAULT

Louisville Cop Charged in Breonna Taylor Case Was Indicted for Stray Bullets That Entered Another Apartment, Not Breonna Taylor’s

Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron announced on Wednesday that there will be no charges filed against two of the Louisville police officers involved in the shooting of Breonna Taylor, while the third was charged with “wanton endangerment.”

Detective Brett Hankison, who is not the officer who shot Breonna Taylor, has been indicted on three counts of “wanton endangerment in the first degree” by a grand jury. However, the charges stem from bullets that entered another apartment — not for shooting at Taylor.
Hankison had fired into the apartment, but the bullets went through to another apartment where three people were present.
Wanton endangerment is a Class D felony, punishable by one to five years in prison.

A riot was already forming within minutes of the announcement.

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer issued a preemptive state of emergency for the city earlier this week in anticipation of the announcement. Fischer said that the reason for the state of emergency is the “potential for civil unrest.”
“Our goal is ensuring space and opportunity for potential protesters to gather and express their First Amendment rights after the announcement,” Fischer said in a statement. “At the same time, we are preparing for any eventuality to keep everyone safe.
Taylor was killed during a knock and announce drug raid on March 13, during which her boyfriend shot at police and they returned fire. LMPD Sgt. Jon Mattingly was shot during the exchange and has now recovered.
There were hundreds, possibly thousands, of threats that the city would burn if the officers were not charged.
On Tuesday, one of the three officers involved in the shooting, LMPD Sgt. Mattingly sent a strongly worded email to his colleagues blasting the city leadership for failing the police. He and the two other detectives involved, Myles Cosgrove and Brett Hankison, were placed on administrative leave following the incident. Hankison was later fired for shooting 10 rounds into Taylor’s apartment, but he is appealing the decision.

In the email to his peers on Tuesday morning, Mattingly wrote that “I’m sorry your families have to go through this. I’m sorry the Mayor, Amy Hess and Chief Conrad failed all of us in epic proportions for their own gain and to cover their asses.”
Mattingly added, “you DO NOT DESERVE to be in this position. The position that allows thugs to get in your face and yell, curse and degrade you. Throw bricks, bottles and urine on you and expect you to do nothing. It goes against EVERYTHING we were all taught in the academy. The position that if you make a mistake during one of the most stressful times in your career, the department and FBI (who aren’t cops and would piss their pants if they had to hold the line) go after you for civil rights violations. Your civil rights mean nothing, but the criminal has total autonomy.”
Under a state of emergency, city officials closed down a perimeter of more than 25-blocks of the city to traffic. Most city administrative buildings and other businesses were boarded up. There have been over 100 days of protests in the city over this case.

A riot was already forming within minutes of the announcement.

Time to make an example of them and slap it down hard. Protesting is fine...rioting is not. There is a saying that a Grand Jury can indict a ham sandwich and if all they can come away with is reckless endangerment from only one of the cops then there wasn't overwhelming evidence against them apparently.

The most best post on the entire thread, if the damned software will
allow me to make this post. Every time, I mean every time I attempt
to post directly into a thread, somebody else post just right before,
and their post takes over.

Messages have been posted since you loaded this page. View them?

No more direct posting. I will use Libre Writer, write my reply,
and them post. The old software, was far easier to directly post with.

Anyways, nothing can be done for the LEO that were involved
with this POS African disaster. Their lives are ruined,
and they were simply trying to do their jobs.

LEO needs to stay far away, from any law enforcement activities
that involve POS Africans. Fall back from the POS African areas,
and let the jungle do what it does best.

Please be safe everyone. Less than six weeks are left now,
until the last lights are extinguished, in the late great ZUSA.

Regards to all.

So the grand jury indicted Detective Hankison because some of his shots during a firefight weren't tight enough???? I think the indictment was a sop to the mob and a good defense attorney should be able to clear him at trial.

As for the mob..... unleash law enforcement and let them do their jobs and squash this thing!!! Hell, all of us law abiding folks should be out protesting that the detective was indicted at all if anything.... not the other way around!
