Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the brave St. Louis couple who defended their mansion against an invading horde of thugs, tell me they have been served with a search warrant.

The warrant was executed Friday night at their home in an exclusive gated community.

Mr. McCloskey tells The Todd Starnes Radio Show that police seized the AR-15 he was photographed holding while an angry mob assembled on the lawn of his private home.

Well, if it was just those weapons that they wanted and got lets hope they have backup weapons just in case. Hopefully the other weapons are in a different location as backup. I think this is B.S. They didn't do anything wrong, just defending their property and themselves.

But what about the property destruction charges and trespassing against the Antifa and BLM ? Surely they can identify some of those protestors.

Under the law she was guilty of brandishing her weapon at people who did not provide an 'IMMINENT THREAT OF GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM." The husband maintained a "defensive posture," and should not have been served, much less charged. Soros has been funding the election of assorted DA's so he can get control at the local level.

She now has several things going for her, and that will crush the DA, First, they were trespassing. Second they engaged in verbal abuse of her and her husband. Third, they came back a second time. They are lawyers so she will have an excellent defense.

The bottom line is unless you think they will kill or seriously wound you in the immediate future you don't get to wave your gun at them. We may not like it, but no you don't get to what she did. It doesn't matter if you are afraid. It doesn't matter if they annoy you, or anger you: UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE YOU ARE IN IMMINENT DANGER OF BEING SHOT, KILLED, OR SERIOUSLY WOUNDED YOU CAN'T THREATEN THEM.

The mistake they both made was to go out, openly confront them in their front yard, engage them verbally and wave their guns around. Now, if the first rock had been thrown, or they had come up onto their porch, or tried to break into the house they could have shot all 500 of them no problem. But they knew the law, played them, drew them in and now they are going to get, the wife will, get crushed by the DA who has an excellent case against her.

St. Louis is a violent city and fights it out with the other demon-crat shitholes for number one with a violent crime rate of 2,082 per 100,000 people in 2017. For the fifth straight year, St. Louis will most likely have the nation’s highest murder rate for cities with over 100,000 people, Blacks are the largest race group at 47.61%.

* Brandishing and defensive display laws vary widely across the fifty states. Know yours.
* No one should be under any illusions about fair and impartial justice anymore. Justice has become a political football, designed to punish (political) enemies and protect (political) friends. The McCloskey case is a perfect example, where they are prosecuted but the rioters are not charged or are released.
* We are at the point where you should not respect the law, but should fear it.

I would think that "Disparity of Force" would justify the implied use of deadly force against the angry, threatening mob that was hurling threats of bodily harm at the McCloskeys. Angry groups of people are generally much more dangerous than one or two individuals.

They had a right to defend their property, with all of those people busting down the gate/fence and trespassing. People were threatening to hurt their dog/kill the dog, and hollering which bedroom was theirs, etc.

That IS the agenda. It is right out of the 10 Stages of genocide playbook. Never forget how they came for the Jews/Rwanda/Kurds/etc. Same MO, same playbook every time. Their aim is to take away our guns (and the legal rights to get them). By doing that, they lesson the probability to fight. Then they take away our right to work, our right to buy and sell. With one swift push of a button, they can target us and turn everything off in this day and age. Yes, there will be pockets of us that wont give up those things, go into hiding and are prepped and ready to dig in and fight, or head for the hills, but the reality is, that most people wont be able to do this because they have been in denial about what is coming.

The end game is first hunting down the conservatives, and specifically the Christians. The bible already warns about it. It is coming, and faster than we think.

They are assuming, which is correct for now, that they can count on the full media, police, legal, court system to support them as some kind of Roman legion type auxillary. Well, this particular case just went a long long way towards derailing that whole sweet heart deal they got. The long suffering normals understand what just happened, and they will put up with it for a while longer. However, this soros funded bitch and her support staff will find out once the "revolution" happens, they can't control it anymore.

The reason some people are still alive is because other people haven't shot them yet.

This DA will have power until we decide she is full of feces and ignore her. And when Antifa looks around, they will be all by their lonesome. BLM, well they can only play their game until we get tired of it.

St. Louis' DA is stupid but that's to be expected.

If they waited until it was deemed "imminent" and kept behind closed doors until that "imminent" turned to "realtime" someone was going to get killed. Confronting and brandishing those guns saved lives from both sides and the McCloskey's should be thanked.

For the record, you applied with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office for your Oregon CHL. Permits are statewide, not countywide, but are applied-for at the sheriff’s office of your county of residence.
