I know this is a real thing. I also know people approach their families later in life. This suit is her throwing a fit because years ago it didn’t go the way she wanted, 30 years ago. It does. That's what statutes of limitations are all about. This was apparently suspended for political reasons (related to Epstein IIRC), opening the door to cases that would otherwise have been impossible to bring.

I will just refer to her own words that this was addressed 30 yrs ago, and she hasn’t spoken to her brother in 20 years. Plus her practice is all about moving on from this. Other motivated.

In other words, she can't get over it and she can't move on. If she could have, she wouldn't be making a career of it. Filing a lawsuit might not fix anything, but it sounds like nothing else has worked.

Most of 5hose babies of her generation were put up for adoption, that’s what happened to my cousin she was just barely thirteen. She had twins. One died the other was adopted out and she was thrown to the curb. The baby daddy was in his twenties but was a good guy who was just experimenting.

Yeah I get that, if I were to share the stories of the shit I experienced as a kid your nads would shrivel up and disappear. What I was told was it’s just boys being boys and that they’re experimenting, and if I got pregnant I would be disowned, thrown to 5he curb, it didn’t matter that I wasn’t interested at all. Unfortunately for my cousin she did get pregnant at the age of twelve and gave birth at the age of thirteen. And btw this was quite common in the sixties, seventies, and the eighties. Boys are just experimenting and the girl is punished if she ends up pregnant. And now you know why planned parenthood got such a strong foothold, because twenty year plus old boys need to have sex with thirteen year old girls because they’re just experimenting. NOT. Life on a military base and all that shit.

FYI I’m well aware that some girls are sluts, but the majority I knew were not sluts.

That is the problem. People are often put into jail based upon "emotional" evidence. A crying witness is the best witness I have read more than once. Often better than a picture when it comes to a jury

I'm talking about protecting them from accusations as well. Because an accusation can destroy someone's life, the law should tell the alleged victim that you have to keep it to yourself after, say, seven years after you reach the age of 18. That would allow time for someone who was abused to bring it up, but prevent someone from saying, "hey, when I was in high school, I can't remember where or how or at what time, but (insert the name of the next Justice nominated by a Republican President) looked at me cross-eyed."

Makes you wonder if she would have wanted to bring this out in the open if her brother was a nobody, some drunk or methhead that lived in a broken-down trailer or something. I doubt it.

But have wealthy brother that's a celebrity? Sure, CHA-CHING!

Even Adam Savage's mother told the press that her daughter is a mental case.

Kids are sexual beings, and Freud was majorly screwed up in the head. "Latency" is just adults not paying attention, and kids being sneakier.

I don't know anything about the individuals involved as either children or adults, but there is so much sexual legal BS in the ZUSA it is unreal. Because sex is allowed to be a legal nuclear weapon. And most of it is BS, the only tragedy is that the noise obscures real cases of abuse.

The bastards ought to die who perpetrate this.
