if anyone has criminal or civil charges, it would be the parents for failure to supervise their children

She's not suing anyone, not expecting any more closure than she has. She just lives with it. Not ok where she is, not ok what happened, not ok to wreak havoc over it. She's not costing anyone a life, a job or freedom.

at this point theres no way to prove the accusations or to defend onself. where is any physical evidence or witnesses to prove her claim? if it happened its horrible, there is no way to prove it so it ends up being revenge. if it didnt happen, iust ends up being revenge for something else.

Far as Adam's sister is concerned, I don't know what happened. For all I know it's a fantasy, as I mentioned earlier. But this stuff is real, the pain is real, and it goes on a long time. My friend kept it secret for forty years, and far as I know it never was out in the open, never any legal action. Our two families were really close, and we didn't have a clue.

If this really happened then there would be countless victims after her. I haven't seen any evidence of that. Which means it's really just her word against his based on something that probably didn't happen, when they were both minors. I have serious issues with destroying and adults life based on something that may or may not have happened 40 years before, when they were a child.

She has a whole web site dedicated to this subject. This is literally her primary field of work.

I know this is a real thing. I also know people approach their families later in life. This suit is her throwing a fit because years ago it didn’t go the way she wanted, 30 years ago. I see revenge with a book deal bow on top. According to her own information this was already addressed in her life. It makes no sense to re-victimize herself based on her own advice unless it’s about cash.
