I didn't get quite as fancy as this recipe did. Forget the "cold pressed" and all the rest. Just use what you have … squished up watermelon juice, apple juice, and tap water. Tasted just as good without all the frou-frou.
Watermelon Apple Cinnamon Switchel

A refreshing watermelon drink with anti-inflammatory benefits from cinnamon and all sorts of health perks from fermented apple cider vinegar.
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon cubes
- 1/2 cup 100% apple juice, cold pressed if available
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2 T. apple cider vinegar like Bragg's brand
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions- Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Pour through fine mesh strainer to remove pulp. Makes two 12-ounce servings.
