Cutting the power and water has already been ruled out, because there are people there that have lived there for years, and their only "crimes" are refusing to leave, and let the loons have everything they have worked for.
I have seen a few posts in different sites claiming a few did try to leave in cars, and they were not allowed to(the cars could not get out passed the barricades). If they want to leave, they have to walk out with nothing but the clothed they are wearing. They have to leave their cars, dishes, TV's, and everything else, for the loons to have.

Maybe, but what if the insurance is not willing to help? If they choose to walk out, technically, nothing is stolen, or destroyed, They have willing chosen to give it all up when they decided to walk away from it. Insurance companies are picky about details, and I am sure they would refuse to pay because of this.
Oh, and if the new citizens of CHAZ decide to take their arms and start leaving their little encampment to go on raiding parties to resupply, well...let's just say they, their guns, and their supplies won't be making it back into the compound.

Madeline and Stanley Dunham and John Stenhouse enrolled their daughters at Mercer Island High, also known as “The Little Red Schoolhouse” because of its communist connections.
At Mercer Island High, a curriculum built around communist indoctrination was the norm.
Dunham’s long-time friend Iona Stenhouse, told of her time together with Dunham at Mercer Island High’s Little Red Schoolhouse. Iona Stenhouse was the gatekeeper at the University of Washington’s Human Resources department.
Iona’s father John Stenhouse had been called before the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) where he testified on March 19, 1955 about his subversive communist activities.
“During the war some 10 years ago I was a member of the Communist Party in this country,” Stenhouse testified.
Seattle has long been infested with communists. Stenhouse, like the Soviet spy ring leader Nathan Gregory Silvermaster, arrived in Seattle by way of China.

For the record Doomer Doug lived on the north edge of CHAZ, in 1975 when I left the US Army, on East Denny Street. I went to Seattle Central Community College on Broadway Blvd one block west of the edge. So, if by some quirk of fate I was still living there, 45 plus years later, I would be equally famous and dead. If I still lived up there, and one evening this happened,I would play the game, call 911 yada, and when that failed, I would retreat back into my house, combat prep and then come out amd shoot, and kill as many terrorists as I could.
Next, it may be a similiar situation develops in downtown Portland. Again, if my apartment building is sealed off, I WILL REGARD THAT AS AN ACT OF WAR. DONE BY DOMESTIC TERRORISTS, WHICH WILL MEET THE MILITARY DEFENSE CLAUSE OF MY ARMY OATH FROM JULY 31, 1973. THE BOTTOM LINE IS I WILL GO TO FEDERAL ACTIVE DUTY STATUS AND KILL AS MANY OF THEM AS I CAN!

Dont kill them, every cause loves their martyrs. Shoot them in the mid torso with a rifle, let them spend the rest of their lives sitting in a chair and shitting into a bag.....every day and every interaction will be a vivid reminder of the fact that there are fates far worse than death....death is easy and we all have to make that journey.....make them a living example that will strike fear and sorrow into their cause.
