Just think of what fun I am having with two HackRF boards hooked up to a Dell R630 running both Kali and SigintOS, matched up with a 8X2 matrix antenna switch sitting high up in a building a few blocks from GZ in downtown Richmond...

Start with a RTL-SDR USB dongle from Amazon (under $50), and download both Kali and SigintOS (both if which can be run via Live DVD and not have to setup permanently on a hard drive). This will allow you to play with them without having to dedicate a machine or spend thousands on RF equipment.

I used to run a two R&D labs, so I already have "equipment"...

You can even get a good system running on an android phone or tablet if the phone or tablet supports the use of an OTG cable and you get a RTL-SDR USB dongle. Those two things, and some software (RTL-SDR driver, as well as SDR Touch and Avare ADSB Pro), and you can monitor just about anything (or at least detect it) in your area up to around 2.3GHz.

Portland group two, not pioneer square, is three blocks away from them and growing. Not sure who is doing what except at 3rd and Taylor you have SOROS PAID TRAITORS.

Marching down towards the waterfront and 4th and tayor. I expect more confrontation. Still, most of the demonstrators are not rioters and most of them are going to head back over the river. The group at third is pissed about being teargassed, yeah the mood is mean.

Pioneer Square group is in the feed I posted above I believe. Saying theres like 7,000 there.
