Derek Chauvin Moved to Maximum Security Prison
Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis policeman charged with murder in the death of George Floyd, has been transferred to the Oak Park Heights maximum-security prison, Fox News has reported.

Minnesota’s Department of Corrections commissioner Paul Schnell said that transfers of high-profile prisoners are not uncommon.

He added over the weekend that part of the reason Chauvin was moved was due to concerns over the coronavirus, especially considering the high number of protesters who already had been arrested, CBS News reported.

Corrections facilities in the state have been criticized for becoming COVID-19 hotspots, with dozens of prisoners testing positive for the disease this past month.

The Oak Park Heights prison is the highest custody level in the state’s system, according to Minnesota's Department of Corrections.

Chauvin was originally brought to the Ramsey County Jail after his arrest, and then he was taken to the Hennepin County Jail on Sunday afternoon before being moved the same day again to Oak Park Heights, ABC News’ KSTP reported.

While at Ramsey County Jail, Chauvin was in isolation and was monitored by a camera in his cell watching him 24/7, as well as guards monitoring the feed around the clock, TMZ reported.

In addition, he was getting checked on in-person every 15 minutes.

Seattle Mayor: White Men Behind Much Of The Violence, Destruction
In a series of social media posts on Sunday, Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan (D) suggested that outsiders were to blame for the violence that erupted in her city and took a moment to “acknowledge” that “white men” are “co-opting peaceful demonstrations” and are behind “much of the violence and destruction” raging in Seattle and across the country.

“I want to acknowledge that much of the violence and destruction, both here in Seattle and across the country, has been instigated and perpetuated by white men,” Durkan tweeted Sunday.

“These individuals experience the height of privilege and are co-opting peaceful demonstrations that were organized by and meant to center people of color, particularly Black Americans,” she wrote in a follow-up post.

On Saturday, Durkan provided her account of the riots that erupted in the city that day. In the thread, she condemned those who came to Seattle “with the purpose of destruction,” and made a point of differentiating them from members of “our city.”

“Today, many came together to grieve, protest, and commit themselves to justice. Coming together is a right we all honor and cherish. For most of the day, the demonstrations were peaceful,” she wrote in the first of a series of tweets (posts below). “Individuals gathered and spoke outside City Hall early this afternoon. Thousands marched and then peacefully gathered at Westlake.”

“However, in the late afternoon, demonstrations downtown quickly escalated and turned violent,” the mayor continued. “Demonstrators threw Molotov cocktails at cars and buildings, some threw lit fireworks into peaceful crowds, individuals threw boulders, bricks, and defaced buildings.”

“At times, firefighters couldn’t access burning cars because of the crowds,” Durkan underscored.

“Individuals who came to Seattle with the purpose of destruction: We will not let your chaos define our city,” she declared. “The escalated incidents that took place during today’s demonstrations cannot, and will not, be allowed to continue.”

She followed that post with an expression of sympathy for those deeply grieved by the police-involved deaths of African Americans.

“I understand the immense rage, grief, and sense of betrayal felt by not only our community, but by communities across our country,” wrote Durkan.

Continuing this more positive approach, Durkan expressed her hope that “we treat each other with the kindness and compassion that we all deserve during this unprecedented and trying moment in our history.”

“I think we will see the message of destruction is not as strong as the message of hope, love, and peace,” she wrote.

Like many cities being ravaged by riots, Seattle has imposed a curfew. Among Durkan’s many riot-focused posts over the weekend were reminders about her emergency order imposing a 5 p.m. curfew. “To protect the health and safety of our residents, I have issued an emergency order and established a 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew for tonight and tomorrow, and an order prohibiting weapons citywide,” the Democratic mayor wrote Saturday.

Over the last few days, thousands of people involved in riots were arrested across the country.

Meanwhile, President Trump has been ramping up pressure on governors and mayors to take more aggressive action to quell the violence and has repeatedly condemned the riots, which he has described as “professionally organized,” specifically pointing to radical Antifa groups as the primary organizers. On Sunday, Trump announced that the U.S. “will be designating ANTIFA as a Terrorist Organization.”

Today, many came together to grieve, protest, and commit themselves to justice. Coming together is a right we all honor and cherish. For most of the day, the demonstrations were peaceful.

ACLU demands investigation into Trump's 'life-threatening' use of tear gas on protesters — but there are conflicting reports
Was it tear gas or smoke canisters?

Many observers — both on the left and on the right — are incensed over President Donald Trump's controversial photo op Monday at St. John's Episcopal Church and are calling the clearing of protesters to make way for Trump and his entourage "cowardly," "dangerous," and "shameful."

But the American Civil Liberties Union took it a step further Tuesday demanding investigation into whether Trump broke international law by allegedly calling for the use of tear gas to disperse the crowd.

"This appears to be grossly unjustified use of a chemical weapon on protesters and raises serious human rights concerns under international law," the ACLU said. "Elected officials, including Congress, must investigate this politically-motivated, life-threatening use of indiscriminate weapons."

What are the details?
The alleged use of tear gas to clear demonstrators who were protesting George Floyd's death in Lafayette Square has been widely disseminated in online reports and on social media since Monday night, as people on the ground recalled feeling a stinging sensation in their lungs.

The Washington Post reported with apparent certainty that tear gas, flash-bang shells, and rubber bullets were used by the National Guard to clear the path. Attorney General William Barr visited the scene at 6:30 p.m., the Post reported, and shortly thereafter, "chaos ensued":

Roughly 30 minutes later, after the president finished his remarks in the Rose Garden, he and a small company of top advisers made their way through the streets to the church, Bible in hand.

What are the conflicting reports?
But a definitive statement has yet to be made regarding the use of tear gas by any of the law enforcement and military agencies involved, which includes the Park Police, the D.C. police, the Secret Service, and the National Guard.

WTOP-TV reporter Neal Augenstein is pushing back against reports that Park Police deployed tear gas, suggesting that a source from the agency told him that smoke canisters, without uncomfortable irritant, were used instead.

He added that his source said the Park Police were not even aware that the president would be moving through the area, but rather deployed the canisters after protesters began heaving water bottles at them.

When Augenstein asked the Secret Service and the D.C. police, both agencies declined to comment one way or another on the use of munitions. Of course, the Post article indicates that it was the National Guard in concert with other law enforcement that deployed the tear gas.

While Augenstein notes that something was assuredly fired since several reporters on the ground took notice of an irritating munition, it is simply not confirmed that the munition was tear gas as is being widely reported.

Morons ... at least it wasn’t piss bottles and bricks.

On TB every waking moment
yes ... and they reached their goal of burning cities down. But understand ... they want Trump to have Americans blood on his hands. Just imagine the fake news when they can blame Trump with that.

At that point, the Garden Plot version of ECOMCON will kick in.

The governors and mayors who are allowing the rioting to continue should not receive one penny of FEMA or taxpayer dollars. You know they'll be asking for them as soon as things die down and they start adding up the damages.

For the innocents who are caught up in the violence, I'm sorry to see it, but we are already broke as a nation. We can't print money forever.

So, what happened to POTUS’ announcement last night saying riots would stop or force would be used?
Is he just biding his time??

So, you think that 5 minutes after he makes an announcement, 50,000 army troops are beamed off the Enterprise to wherever they need to be?

Well no, of course not! But I’m just curious as to not hearing at least something about help moving in for some of these cities.
They’re getting crushed!

Demands for Trump Removal Grow as 'Fascist' Speech Condemned as Declaration of War Against US Public
"Trump needs to be removed now, because after the massacre it will be too late."

President Donald Trump's pledge Monday evening to deploy the full force of the U.S. military against demonstrators protesting the killing of George Floyd—and the president's authorization of police violence against peaceful protesters to clear the way for a photo-op—amounted in the eyes of lawmakers, rights groups, and commentators to "declaration of war" against the U.S. public that must result in Trump's removal from office.

Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) characterized Trump's remarks from the Rose Garden of the White House as a "fascist speech" that "verged on a declaration of war against American citizens" who have taken to the streets across the nation to condemn police brutality and racial injustice.

"The president of the United States tear-gassed peaceful protestors in order to clear the way for a useless photo-op outside the White House—just after vowing to activate the military against our own people. Lives and our democracy are in danger."
—Sen. Elizabeth Warren

"I fear for our country tonight and will not stop defending America against Trump's assault," Wyden tweeted.
Other progressive lawmakers similarly condemned Trump's address, during which the president vowed to deploy " thousands and thousands of heavily armed soldiers, military personnel, and law enforcement officers," to the streets of the nation's capital.

Following his speech, the president walked from the White House to St. John's Episcopal Church as police officers swinging batons and hurling tear gas canisters cleared the streets of peaceful demonstrators. The ACLU demanded an immediate investigation into the president's approval of "politically-motivated and life-threatening use of indiscriminate weapons" against the crowds of protesters.

After police officers and military personnel forcefully removed demonstrators from his path, Trump arrived at the church and hoisted a Bible for the cameras. The White House Monday night posted an edited video of the president's walk on Twitter which includes zero indication that, as Trump casually strolled to St. John's, protesters were being brutally attacked for his benefit.

"The president of the United States tear-gassed peaceful protestors in order to clear the way for a useless photo-op outside the White House—just after vowing to activate the military against our own people," tweeted Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.). "Lives and our democracy are in danger."

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) slammed Trump for having "peaceful demonstrators viciously attacked."

"This is not a dictatorship," tweeted Sanders. "This is the United States of America. Our citizens have a constitutional right to peacefully protest. It's called the First Amendment."
Will Bunch of the Philadelphia Inquirer wrote in a column late Monday that Trump's speech in the Rose Garden represented "the moment we've been dreading since that escalator ride down Trump Tower five years ago this month—that's been slowly building brick by brick as Donald Trump tore down the rule of law, abused the presidency to enrich himself, and grabbed the bully pulpit of the White House to divide America with racism, sexism and xenophobia."

"Backed into a corner after his incompetence and distrust in science was trampled by a virus that's killed 105,000 Americans, compounded by 40 million unemployed, and now massive, chaotic protests over the police brutality and racism that he has nurtured instead of combating, the president of the United States declared war on the American people," Bunch wrote. "Donald Trump needs to go, and we can't wait until even November 3, let alone January 20, 2021."

Slate's Ben Mathis-Lilley also made the case for Trump's speedy removal from office, warning in a column Monday that "there is not much more room for the president's program of violence to keep escalating."

"Trump needs to be removed now," wrote Mathis Lilley, "because after the massacre it will be too late."

Do you think this is a video game.

Military assets need to selected and the states and cities need to be selected and logistical support need to be created. And this is not what what we train them to do.

If we could run in blackhawks and gunships and blow away the cities that would be one thing.

While doing this the administration needs to determine if they are going to the next step and basically take over the cities from the moron democrats running their cities in the dirt.

Why didn’t this all happen, because its supposed to be the states who govern the states.

By governors failing to afford protection as bait to get Trump to ‘over-reach’ the moron democrats and the moron media think this will make the average American buy their crap that, see we told you Trump is a dictator.

The riots have building over a week and you expect instant fix, its so complicated the behind the scenes planning is probably very detailed and with the requirement to keep some sort of justice system needs to be maintained as well.

Talk is cheap
There was a lot put in place ahead of time. This all has been planned for a long, long time. It is not about Trump, it is about global warming, climate change, agenda 21, agenda 2030, the georgia guidestone /"American stonehedge" "10 commandments" (whatta crock), Jade helm, redistributing the wealth, destroying the Constitution and Bill of Rights, greatly decreasing the population and enslaving everyone, persecution including hate and killing of Christians, and the force of the U.N.

I could go on and on in the same vein, but you can see my point, I trust. If they wanted to "get Trump" or "destroy Trump" they would have a long time ago.

Perhaps we could help them relocate to states that are still America? They'd have to never have been registered Democrat or worse, no criminal background, load & unload their own stuff, wouldn't get awesome housing or jobs (but would get SOMETHING), etc. Lots of nonlibs in those libtard-run states would take that deal. And, there'd be plenty of nonlibs long resident in still-American states that would happily chip in on something like that.

The democrats are starting to cry, they have reached out with coordinated messages from CEO’s and Rhino’s all aligning for what?

To save America from the terrorist rioters? No.

To create a color blind equality? No.

Because they fear for the safety of the middle class? Hell No!

This is a continuation of the mission to remove Trump, and continue their great globalist drive to utopia.

They will not go away into the night quietly they will whine and complain, lie and complain the entire time.

Well, WTF, every toddler in the playpen is having a tantrum and fighting each other and the toddlers are all being coddled and paid attention to by their respective "parents". No consensus, no structure, no parameters - just a free for all and every voice should be heard and entertained and "given into to" No win situation. Impossible to cater to everyone. Just impossible. Then there are the bullies, Antifa and whomever, they really beat everyone up, **** everyone up. Nobody has a clue about what to do and how to resolve this bullshit. I have been waiting for this shit to play itself out but don't think that is going to happen at this point. I have no clue what is in store for 'us" and I certainly have no idea how any of this will be resolved. Too many people, too many agendas, too much divisiveness, so much failure of our "LEADERS". We have no leaders without their own agendas, IMO. God help us.
