TERRORISM Riots in Minneapolis (now the main riot thread)

Wait a minute...is this Twit seriously suggesting that the African Union should try to invade the US? Operation SITHOLE? What?!

That HAS to be satire. The AU couldn't coordinate itself well enough to invade a roadside food stall, much less actually attempt a peacekeeping mission in the nation with the most heavily-armed populace on earth.

DOD has upgraded force protection level in the National Capitol Region, to include the Pentagon reservation, following days of protests after George Floyd died in police custody, according to
@ChiefPentSpox

Yes, something called "Disclose TV" says the capitol region is on FPCON CHARLIE. From @disclosetv,

No, it generally doesn't. And Macy's has been having problems for several years now anyway, financially.

It would be a shame to see a grand old institution gone forever.

:(
Yeah, the landlord has a great thing going on. If his building is destroyed, each unit (5 total) has a million dollars insurance. So he gets up to 5 million if the place burns down.

Central FL update: Spikes Tactical (based in Apopka FL) looted last night. MANY AR's stolen. They are hiring a private security force of former operators since they did not penetrate one of the large holding areas and there is still a bunch left to steal.

There is another large group of former SWAT, special forces, military and other trained people who joined up to form a little militia with significant arms who are going to be standing in the area, out of sight, ready if things turn to looting. This is not going down here like in other places.

An "Organizer" of the "Event" tonight was just at Walmart buying up all of the bottles of water, but wanted the nice throwable 8 oz size convenient for throwing.

Several of my former co workers are gearing up to baby sit some downtown businesses for the planned riots tonight and tomorrow. I have substantial armor, 6 radios, and "Enough" ammo. Since you can never have to much ammo, "Enough" is the goal.

The cops are just now being told to show up tonight, no plan, no gear, no riot control training, nothing. My son is a detective and was told to show up in uniform, he is bring his own armor, AR and gas mask but he will be the only one. I will be close to him and he will have a radio to talk to mine so I can come take care of things if he gets over run.

I give up.
I speak a little, but when I clicked on that Twitter link, I didn’t hear anyone speaking. Just bullets being fired. What am I missing?

The guy is speaking in the first video of it I posted last night -- if you want to go back and look. Or was that the Buffalo one? Sorry, too much info floating thru skull now.

I noticed that the Twit refers to themself as a cartoonist, so maybe it really is just satire? Their entire feed is SJW claptrap. Maybe just a vaunted opinion of their own ideas? Absolutely bonkers!

Day 6 of Protests Over George Floyd's Death in NYC | NBC New York
•Started streaming 35 minutes ago

NBC New York

New York City will have a curfew imposed to crack down on protest violence, and 8,000 cops will be on the streets Monday night to assist that effort, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said in a radio interview. The curfew will run from 11 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday, and then be reassessed Tuesday, Cuomo said in a WAMC interview. The decision follows a fourth night where thousands of protesters flooded city streets, blocking traffic and setting NYPD vehicles on fire during demonstrations against police brutality. They are part of widespread national unrest in the wake of George Floyd's death in Minneapolis police custody a week ago. Other cities, from Chicago to Los Angeles to Philadelphia, have imposed curfews to address late-night violence. Earlier Monday, NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea rejected the idea for New York City.

Say the mob does not make it very far into your suburb or rural enclave:
People living there will still face increased incidents of professional and first time home invasion and theft. Criminals have been released in unprecedented numbers and most are not even being booked if arrested. Thieves and even violent criminals will take this opportunity to lean on your doorbell with cops otherwise engaged in the riots and looting and protests. No time like the present for them to rob homes as well as stores out in the burbs.

Even if the riots and looting are far from your location and protests are mostly in city centers, people should be extra vigilant. Lock doors and windows, set motion alarms and keep firearms loaded and accessible. There could be a time very soon when folks dial 9-1-1 and nobody answers....

Every single cop should just walk away and let them fend for themselves
I've told that to several friends in law enforcement...they need a National Blue Flu for two weeks. Let it burn..sh!t will sort itself out one way or another.

"...But Jack, then they win.."

Sorry Bud, they've already won, blue state/city "leaders" will throw you and yours along with normal folks under the bus in the name of diversity and social justice and not lose a second of sleep over it.

When seconds count, 911 is hours away from the answer. Be prepared...

Now the little dears are playing Bob Marley. I wonder how many of them are stoned?

They think it's a party.
That’s because there ARE NO CONSEQUENCES. That makes it a party.

Is it wrong for me to want lead vaccines issued to them. Is it wrong for me to jump up and down and shout hallelujah when it finally happens?
No, it’s not.

Totally agree with this. Let the cops stand down. They're the "bad guys," right? Let them all get the blue flu and watch from their home televisions. The public hates police. EFF the police, right? So fine. Give them what they want. Give the cops all a few paid vacation days. Let it play out. Let them get a taste of what life would be like with no cops. Give enough notice so that good, innocent people can bug the hell out, and leave the streets of the cities to anarchy. Let them shoot, rob, maim, steal, set fire to everyone and everything there. Let it get to the point where people are begging the cops to return back to patrolling the streets and keeping the cities safe.
