Luddite zips his lips and sits on his hands...Biden patting the terrorists backs saying good boy … but stop … and israel … you stop or we won’t help you the next time. Just gives FJB more time to steal from us and get his army in place here. Also an election year.

The US is telling Israel to "take the win". Iran is claiming 'Operation True Promise' was a success.
In reality, both sides can claim victory in their own ways.
A thread
Israel's "win" was military-technical in nature. It claims to have destroyed all drones and cruise missiles, while intercepting most - but not all - ballistic missiles.
Israel has one of if not the densest and most advanced anti-ballistic missile coverage in the world.
It's also known that the US Navy helped Israel intercept some ballistic missiles, and aircraft from the US, Israel, Jordan, and France participated in intercepting drones and cruise missiles over Iraq and Jordan.
A vast effort.

Crucially, some ballistic missiles got through and struck Nevatim airbase.
From Iran's perspective, last night was a political success. Why? Well, Iran's objective was to restore deterrence following Israel's bombing of Iran's consulate in Syria.

It's impossible to argue that Iran did not achieve that. Israel has been attacking Iranian targets in Syria for ~10 years, and Iran turned the other cheek. This time, Iran launched a large retaliation that required the US to pull in multiple allies operating over foreign airspace
Israel did not fight this attack on its own. It did it with the help of the US Air Force, US Navy, French Air Force, Royal Air Force, and Jordanian Air Force. All flying mainly in other countries outside Israel.
All because Israel bombed a consulate, against int'l law.

Iran was well aware that Israel would enlist foreign help, and this actually played into Iran's hands. It meant that Iran could launch a larger, more politically significant attack without causing heavy damage that could potentially cause escalation.
This strike served to demonstrate that Iran has the capability and resolve to respond to future attacks. Meanwhile, it showed that Israel was stretched to its limit and needed foreign help to try and stop what is only a fraction of Iranian capabilities.

Remember that preventing escalation was another key objective of Iran.
Biden has told Israel to "take the win". And if it doesn't, the US won't help Israel attack Iran, which it would require if it wanted to fight a successful campaign.
That's exactly what Iran wanted

World leaders from China, US, Europe, and the UN are calling for restraint. They are largely aiming these calls at Netanyahu.
We'll see if he heeds those calls. But Iran has said it is ready if Israel makes another mistake.

Anyone else remember when Trump was in the guy he took out? Solemene or something . Iran shot missiles at a US base in Iraq. After giving warning of the strike. This feels like that. Pure show, all that hardware and No casualties? Yeah ok. We the people are being played on a level never seen before. I don’t believe any govt, it’s all bullshit. Last night it seemed like it finally happened, today it’s all normal. That’s not how this works, it’s manipulated.
There is a third, but no one likes to talk about that one.Israel has two paths to continued existence.
1) strike now, before they get weaker and Iran gets stronger
or
3) pray for Trump to win
thats it, nothing more.
Holding Stone Cold's beers.Moron.
It sure does seem like kabuki theater.

Where is Ric Flair and Jake the snake Roberts?
From the viewpoint of hoping there's no further war, I understand your position.Looks like Biden has tied their hands but in this case it may be better for everyone involved if Israel stands down now and let's this die without escalating it into a ever growing tit for tat that can leave thousands, if not more, dead. War sucks and no one should wish for it imho so I do hope that this is the end of this confrontation from both sides.

This is why many officials in #Israel will believe there is a need to retaliate against #Iran's regime as Tehran perceives it is resetting the deterrence equation.
The commander-in-chief of #IRGCterrorists Hossein Salami says today: "We have adopted a new equation with the Zionist entity, which is to respond to any aggression from its side directly from Iranian territory." https://saba.ye/en/news3320806

astute question!Who's job was it to keep their eyes on Valerie?
And where is she now?
Yes, that Valerie.
Ha ha you're a trickster. Want to get me banded from the thread, don't you.And that would be?
So.
Now the bully is throwing his rocks while standing behind a bigger bully.
And saying, "Yah, Yah, you can't get me! If you try, I'll sic my big brother on you!"
Again,--how does one deal with bullies?
EXACTLY:Bibi is a politician, politics is as much gathering support as anything else.
In this case the one who could approve or not the US military is headed by the Biden crime family, the shadow government is headed by Obama.
In this case the Biden crime families interest of keeping a lid on oil price inflation and preventing price shocks before November align with Obama’s outright support of Iran spreading muslim terrorism.
The US jewish community is torn between their weak vague support of Israel and their support of US progressive politics with the progressive’s all in love of Palestinian causes of any type.
Israel has no support for massive retaliation and these interests will likely lower the heat in the middle east IF Iran doesn’t mis-read events and take this as a green light for further attacks.
The can gets kicked down the road, until it runs out of road.

Iran informed Turkey in advance of its planned operation against Israel, a Turkish diplomatic source told Reuters on Sunday, adding that the US conveyed to Iran via Ankara that its operation must be "within certain limits."

Ender’s Game. From the viewpoint of hoping there's no further war, I understand your position.
But--from a politics viewpoint--it would be disastrous for a country to simply defend against an attack--and then do nothing.
How would it look if it was the US which did that?
Isn't doing so now, on the part of the US, part of the "weakness" you all have been decrying, that INVITES further attacks from our enemies?
Sadly, it is human nature that you do NOT get a bully to leave you alone by simply 'taking' his abuse.
You have to repel him--which means you must defeat him.
You must fight back.
Don't know what Scott Ritter's agenda is in this situation but I'm not buying his claim that Israel is defenseless.

LOL just kidding.
But its the point that has a Biblical backing, so have been warned not to talk about it here.
I wouldn't mind seein ya banded- but sure would hate to see ya banned ; )Ha ha you're a trickster. Want to get me banded from the thread, don't you.
"Iran informed ... that the US conveyed to Iran via Ankara that its operation must be "within certain limits."
SAY WHAT ??!?
SO.............IN OTHER WORDS.................
FJB essentially GAVE IRAN A GREEN LIGHT TO ATTACK ISRAEL??????????
ooooh---GOOD point! That opens up another question, what files do the Israelis have that the Dems don't want released and is it time to kibbutz back to the Dems to meddle in domestic politics in kind since Biden’s admin has called for Netanyahu's removal from office?
Will be interesting to how Israel responds with US refueling air support. If true that is.
We once on this site banned 'woo' --
and now 20 years later 'woo' is today's HEADLINES.
I wonder how much longer events will allow us to discuss "merely the news" without mentioning the elephant in the room.
Not much longer, I suspect.
But I understand the directive--and why it's there. Too many differences of opinion and interpretation.
Events shall make themselves clear.
Trump isn’t president, is this a fake Biden account?
I never said I could spell, just that I couldn't talk. There is a difference.I wouldn't mind seein ya banded- but sure would hate to see ya banned ; )
