The Trudeau regime has introduced an Orwellian new law called the Online Harms Bill C-63, which will give police the power to retroactively search the Internet for ‘hate speech’ violations and arrest offenders, even if the offence occurred before the law existed. This new bill is aimed at safeguarding the masses from so-called “hate speech.” http://Revolver.news reports: The real shocker in this bill is the alarming retroactive aspect. Essentially, whatever you’ve said in the past can now be weaponized against you by today’s draconian standards. Historian Dr. Muriel Blaive has weighed in on this draconian law, labeling it outright “mad.” She points out how it literally spits in the face of all Western legal traditions, especially the one about only being punished if you infringed on a law that was valid at the time of committing a crime. https://thepeoplesvoice.tv/canada-to-imprison-anyone-who-has-ever-posted-hate-speech-online/…

Did you really think we want those laws observed? said Dr. Ferris. We want them to be broken. You'd better get it straight that it's not a bunch of boy scouts you're up against... We're after power and we mean it... There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that's the system, Mr. Reardon, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with.

God has a plan, Trust it!
They WANT Revolution. I can't explain this stupid SH** any other way. They are trying as far out as possible schemes to try and poke people to say "thats it". People aren't biting and so they push with crazier and crazier things to try an provoke it.

It has to be. I cant imagine anyone in politics trying to push this stuff without knowing exactly what they are doing.

Who defines what is hate speech? Will it be a committee or just one person? What may be hate speech to one person is not hate speech to another.

Could it be that someone who makes a disparaging comment about Canada and/or Trudeau gets slapped with a hate speech violation?

Unless its some kind of blatant statement, anything can be construed as hate speech if the person defining what is or is not, finds offense in what was stated.

Agreed. The retroactive part is wild. It’s like Trudeau saw what Yousef did in Scotland and said “hold my beer”.

Posing for his portrait photo in "World's Greatest New Era Communists".
Just needs a bright red dot centred about an inch above eyebrow line.

Retroactive laws for past events?
How much more communist can he get?

Outlaw,

I expect that your questions are purely rhetorical in nature…..In the same spirit of sarcasm, I will provide my generalized responses. ….call them ‘sarcastic rhetorical responses’…….I trust that you would agree with what I am posting…..just a guess.

Who defines what is hate speech? Will it be a committee or just one person?
Expect a UN Dept. or UN ‘specialized agency’ (NGO – funded by Soros, Gates, or Rockefeller types) that will unilaterally dictate such definition…..and yes, it will change at any time, as necessary without prior notification. All national legislation will incorporate the UN definition by reference with language such as “…as defined by the UN, article XXX Section YYY Paragraph ZZZ”…. alternatively, there will be some sort of “treaty” that incorporates the definition.

What may be hate speech to one person is not hate speech to another.
No….No….Outlaw, The definition will be quite clear. Hate speech is what the UN says it is at our arrest.

Could it be that someone who makes a disparaging comment about Canada and/or Trudeau gets slapped with a hate speech violation?

No ‘bout adoubt it’.

Unless its some kind of blatant statement, anything can be construed as hate speech if the person defining what is or is not, finds offense in what was stated.

The Plebians will obey the Blue Helmets, regardless…..or off to the FEMA Camps!

Now..... in my opinion, this is exactly what the Globalists have planned.

They didn't build all of these FEMA camps for nothing:

Question: Why aren't the NeoCommunists using the FEMA camps to store the 'Democrats' who are invading our country via what was the Southern Border?
Answer: They do not want outsiders to see the facilities that are present there.

Neither here nor there.
Just another reminder to never set foot in Canada. And to hold those Canucks in the lowest regard.

There's one part of Canada that basically has the entire country in a stranglehold, sorta like Chicago controlling all of Illinois. There's no way the locals will every vote their way out of the mess they are finding themselves in now.

I had a dream about him and biden. castros bastard was wearing a top hat, with a fancy tuxedo coat and carrying a walking stick. He and biden were standing on a shore looking eastward, smiling at the destruction they had created. In my dream castros bastard was fancying himself as being another Winston Churchill. At first I only saw them from the back, but when they sat in some adirondack chairs I could see plainly who they were, and they were quite proud of themselves.

Hey. If Alberta and the Northwest territories wish to pull a Quebec and become new states come on down. Our moron fascist leader has symptoms that would indicate he has limited time to destroy our country and Trudeau is much further along.

The worse kind of hate speech will be constructive criticism. And only individuals that have assets to pay the fines and cost of being imprisoned at a thousand dollars a day or so....Will be made examples of....and the beatings will continue until the attitude changes.

Wells had a guest on last night's show and this topic of retroactive hate speech includes the phrase: Christ is King. Apparently if you say it out loud, it might offend a jihadist.

That will put a damper on Christmas Cards up in the great white north. Saint Nicholas might have to relocate his toyshop at the North Pole next.
