I don't know what that means. But the notion that there's no gender or woke policies in Germany is even more laughable than this ridiculous article.

I had several co workers who went to Russia on mail order bride group tours. It was organized with banquet room speed dating events, where big round tables of dozens of women chatted it up with American men in hopes of getting a date.
Russian women expect flowers on the first date, and it's a given the date involved a few laps around the bedroom.
Four of them brought young women to the States on fiancee visas. Three of them got married, one sent his back home before the 90 day visa expired, and one got divorced. None were super models, but not bad looking. The two still married, have been together for over twenty years, with one having four kids.
They tried to get me to go, but I told them I like American women. I told those guys that these women were KGB deep plant agents, sent to learn Petro Chemical technology from these guys.

The Russian mail order brides I've met where discarded whores with made up degrees who filed for VAWA waivers and divorces as soon as they legally could. Like clockwork, like from a manual.
Thanks to the events of 80-90 years ago they bend over backwards to be woke.

My nephew is an accountant. His (BIG) company sent him to Russia because he took Russian in college. This was in the early 90s when US companies were making inroads into Russia.
He married a Russia woman from work. They lived there another 3-4 years and then decided to move here, still same company. She's VERY smart, and so good looking she doesn't wear any makeup and still turns heads.
She ended up working for Google and was a vice president in their finance department.
They have 2 kids, one in college now....Being indoctrinated... in spite of Dad being maga.
