Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar’s daughter, Isra Hirsi, revealed Thursday she has been suspended from Barnard College over her involvement in anti-Israel protests on Columbia University’s campus.

“I’m an organizer with CU Apartheid Divest @ColumbiaSJP, in my 3 years at @BarnardCollege I have never been reprimanded or received any disciplinary warnings,” Hirsi wrote on X.

“I just received notice that I am 1 of 3 students suspended for standing in solidarity with Palestinians facing a genocide.”

Hirsi and the two other students received notice of their suspension from Barnard Dean, Leslie Grinage, first thing Thursday morning, the Apartheid Divest said in a statement.

Her suspension comes after at least three people were arrested in connection with the ongoing tent protest on the Ivy League school’s Morningside campus.

Going to be high entertainment. All the ivy league and other super liberal expensive hard to get into private schools will have this stuff going on on campus. Which is probably a positive...as the protestors are not the ones donating money and paying tuition. They are probably all on scholarship and go for free...supported by donors and the administation one way or another. Problem is...all the money that allows this situation..is the "other side"....the group in tents screaming have no money....so if they continue on....the donors will leave and the rich jewish parents who have kids there who probably actually pay the tuition..will bolt. Will be glorius to watch. Donors will cut off funding also. Without rich kids parents and donors - the places are all sunk.

I saw a Jewish professor screaming giving a speech at Columbia wearing Israel colors with a Black Lives Matter t shirt on. I have no idea what he was screaming about…but thought.. damn. Dude must be suicidal or something. He is going to get crushed. Appeared he is voting for his own destruction. I guess
