PLAY Good Morning. Good Day & a sip of Coffee with a Haiku...

Woke up about 2 hours early this morning, and could not sleep. Decided it was best to just get an early start to the day. At one of my jobs in the past, it was traditional that once a week a email chain would go around spreading cheer with haiku. Thought it might be fun to start a thread along the same vein.

The only rule is all responses & posts should be in the form of Haiku.

Bonus points for all original haiku, done in the form of a relevant conversation.
