Has No Life - Lives on TB
A dear friend of mine has been through some really tough times over the last 2 years. And some of that stuff is still going on because of her ex.
One thing that myself and others have felt really strongly about is that she needs a small piece of land that is hers. Okay, probably hers and the bank's. But out of rentals and somewhere that can't disappear out from under her due to someone else's whims.
She has lived in tiny houses before and has no problem with returning to that. And has multiple people on hand that can help her build one very quickly.
The rental she is in has mold and other issues that the landlord is not dealing with. And she doesn't need to be dealing with. Especially with what she is paying for rent. (And she paid all through COVID even though she had almost no income.)
Today she heard about a small property near some friends that I know will have her back if it's needed. And there is water on the property. The friends are going to talk to the owner for her because the owner is not advertising the availability. So please, fingers crossed and prayers up that she can afford it and it doesn't disappear like the last few that she tried for. If that is what those above want for her.
