SB, I tried to move on, but there are indications that TPTB want to impose Round II, so I'm back to scanning those threads, as well as other sources. I give much credit to the posters here at TB. I was set up fairly well for the last pandemic. Were things perfect? No, but I had most of the basics and it was so comforting to go shopping in the basement when I needed something.

I always look at the thread title. If there is a possibility of something new breaking out or happening, I'll scan that thread. Otherwise, the day to day articles, I leave alone. That's just me. I feel we are as prepared as we can be for Covid, we're not taking the vax, and I sure don't care what others think of our decision, so, there's not much else of interest for me to talk about.
We also have a well stocked pantry and would have no need to venture out for a long time. Everything we need is right here.
Agree with ^^, wife and I both finished the 2nd shingles shot this week. Sore arm for half a day. No other side effects.
We are both retired. Wife is a couple of years older than me. Been married almost 49 years. I'm diabe. We both chose to get covid vax. (5 times each) No side effects at all except for sore, hot arm for a day.
Neighbors on one side got all 5 shots too. No side effects, although the diabetic wife came down with the new covid strain 2 weeks ago. She stayed at home and in 5 days was feeling fine again after taking whatever her doc prescribed for her. Her husband, although caring for her, did not come down with it.
Neighbors across the street, did not get the vax. So far neither one of them has gotten covid although he was in the hospital for atrial fibrillation.
My son the nurse practitioner, sees patients in home every day and makes rounds in the hospital. He had 3 vaccinations before the hospital stopped requiring additional boosters. He caught covid once. Wasn't very sick, but took Paxlovid and was good to go in less than a week.
Bottom line is I have many good friends and family here. Some got the vax and some didn't. Some got covid and some didn't. I respect and love them all regardless of their decision. 99% of people have formed their opinion and made their decisions on the vax and it's pretty much set in stone. No point in ranting on and on about it because it will change no one.
The only ones I know personally here in Florida who were forced to get the vax were either in the military or working in the medical field. I'm sure there might have been others , but I know of no others personally.
As far as not being able to buy food or go where you wanted when you wanted.... all I can say is, if this happened to you, your state must suck. and your governor too! You should maybe try and change them.
I live in Florida. We believe in personal freedom here.
NightDriver: If you happen to read this, I have a question for you.
My son will be working for the VA up near Cleveland in a place called Parma Ohio. He will be evaluating veterans for disability ratings. Are there any particular areas he should avoid or good areas he should look for housing. I grew up in Toledo, but never heard of Parma.

That's probably next for our area, but right now we're at the lower level with just ambulances.
Our area got the shots delivered and distributed much later than other areas... so those people are probably further along in their illnesses than here. (just a theory)

As far as having Covid but no shots--no difference.
It is tampering with--and (despite their lies) permanently changing how the RNA in our body cells works, that is dangerous.
As far as those who took the shot, I feel pity for them--I do not look down on them. I know they--for reasons either of fear (due to govt coercion / lies campaign) or of what they considered economic necessity--gave in.
I do not consider myself 'better' than them.
BUT--as another poster noted--we are clearly told there will come another time, when another type of "pinch of incense to Caesar" will be required--and the penalty for not doing so will be sure-death from slow starvation, as the "social credit cost" of not doing so will be the shutting down of all means of accessing / using your wealth--to buy food, shelter, or anything else.
In this sense, Covid "WAS" a "dry run".
I pray we will ALL have the courage NOT to justify to ourselves giving in when THAT time comes--because the cost will NOT be just your EARTHLY life--but it is clearly declared that it will cost your ETERNAL one as well.

You're right.
All of my three brothers took the blue pill and got their poison vaxes. My wife and I did not (proud pure bloods). We live in West Virginia, the last state to get the covid virus. We live in Gilmer county, the last county in WV to get the covid virus. And we live in the most remote part of that county. So from a virus viewpoint, we live in the safest spot in all of Amerika.

The only time I will acknowledge the term "Pure Blood" is when an Indian or such speaks the words.
I didn't and won't take the vax; I think of my blood as being natural blood rather than tainted blood.
We believe in eating healthy and getting plenty of sun (we are out in our small veggie garden every day).
There are a number of herbs/vegetables that help protect/deal with viruses etc.
Stay healthy. Don't eat fast food crap. Read the contents of what you put in your food.
Looking at the contents listed on many items in shops, there are so many things with numbers (chemicals),
I imagine they would explode if you dropped them

You can still beat that crap.
Order some Mullein.
You can drink it, or smoke it in a pipe. It does not stay lit with a hoot, so you may want to mix some natural tobacco or make some kinikinick of your own.
It should also clear all the crap left behind in your lungs as well as help your taste buds.
I have used it, and I have most of my taste buds back, and that's after having radiation treatments for throat cancer a couple years earlier, before the crud.
But your experience may be different than mine.
