Speaker Nancy Pelosi slammed then-President Donald Trump in the days following the January 6th riot on Capitol Hill, mocking him for having a 'fat butt' and saying he's been 'crazy for a long time,' a bombshell new book revealed.

While Trump's close friend and ally, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, said the former president has 'personality problems' that will need to be dealt with if he seeks the GOP presidential nomination in 2024.

Pelosi had a blunt phone call with General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, in the days after the insurrection to discuss the process to launch America's nuclear weapons.

She expressed her concern about Trump's fitness to make such a decision, according to Bob Woodward and Bob Costa's forthcoming book Peril, excerpts of which were published by CNN, the New York Times and the Washington Post.
'What I'm saying to you is that if they couldn't even stop him from an assault on the Capitol, who even knows what else he may do? And is there anybody in charge at the White House who was doing anything but kissing his fat butt all over this?,' she said, according to the book.

'This is bad, but who knows what he might do?' Pelosi said. 'He's crazy. You know he's crazy. He's been crazy for a long time. So don't say you don't know what his state of mind is.'

According to Woodward and Costa, who said they had a transcript of the conversation, Milley responded: 'Madam Speaker, I agree with you on everything.'

Meanwhile, the book quotes Graham, who is close to Trump and still golfs with him, as having concerns about the former president.

'If he wants to run, then he's going to have to deal with his personality problems ... we've got a very damaged team captain,' Graham said, in reference to talk Trump might seek a second term in the White House.

Pelosi and Trump had an antagonistic relationship during their respective tenures running the congressional and executive branches of government. By Trump's final year in office they were not on speaking terms.

The low point came during his final State of the Union address when he ignored her extended hand and refused to shake it at the beginning of his remarks. When he finished speaking, she tore up the text of his speech.

Pelosi said publicly in January that she called Milley to express her concern about Trump's access to the nuclear codes.
Woodward and Costa's book, out on September 21, reveals the details of that conversation.

'What precautions are available to prevent an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or from accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike?' she asked him.

Milley assured her that there were 'a lot of checks in the system.'

She'd also questioned his mental health, suggesting in May 2019 that his family hold an intervention and she challenged his physical health, calling him 'morbidly obese' in May 2020.
In response Trump called her a 'sick woman' with a lot of 'mental problems.'

Alexander Vindman was the national security council operative who worked with the CIA to frame Donald Trump by leaking a manipulated transcript of a presidential phone call. Today he tweeted this about General Mark Milley:

Vindman-Tweet-.jpg

The Lieutenant Col who broke chain-of-command and usurped his authority is complaining about the Joint Chief’s Chairman breaking chain-of-command and usurping his authority.

Yeah, you really can’t make this up folks.

NSC resistance member Alexander Vindman constructed a false story about the Trump-Zelenskyy phone call; he shared the false story with CIA operative Eric Ciaramella (a John Brennan resistance associate and former NSC member). Ciaramella then makes contact with resistance allies Sean Misko & Mary McCord working within the House intel committee.

Mary McCord (former DOJ-NSD and current Lawfare) then helps Eric Ciaramella create a fraudulent intelligence community whistle-blower complaint to submit to her former DOJ-NSD lawyer, now Intel Inspector General, Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson. And that folks, was how the entire impeachment operation got started. {link}

HUGE: Mark Milley Pledged to the Chinese to Commit Treason in Order to Undermine Donald Trump

By Bonchie | Sep 14, 2021 2:15 PM ET

In political settings, the word treason is thrown around a lot, and in almost every case it’s used in a way that does not legally meet the definition of the world. Yet, courtesy of Gen. Mark Milley, the disgraced Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under Joe Biden, we finally have a situation where the term is applicable.

In a jaw-dropping report, it’s been revealed that Milley pledged to the Chinese military to commit treason in order to undermine Donald Trump.

View: https://twitter.com/JerryDunleavy/status/1437820736366944262?s=20

The move to alert the CCP would have taken place via a secret backchannel set up by Milley and not sanctioned by the White House. For those who want to quibble with the term treason being used, here’s the legal definition of the act under 18 USC Ch. 115.
§2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Let’s think about this. This is a top US general secretly contacting a top Chinese general pledging to notify him of any coming attack without the Commander in Chief’s knowledge. In doing so, he would be betraying the American service members who would be carrying out such an attack, almost certainly leading to more casualties. Keep in mind in the event of an attack, we would then be at war with the Chinese, making them an enemy nation at that point.

I realize the fact-checkers are going to do their best to defend this, but assuming the report (courtesy of a new book by WaPo associate editor Bob Woodward and political reporter Robert Costa) is true, that’s treason, folks.

There is no “Well, I didn’t agree with the president” exemption to the law. And even putting aside the legal ramifications of what Milley pledged to do, it’s still an incredibly disturbing, disgusting act on its face. I understand he hated Donald Trump, but to promise to give aid and comfort to the enemy in response to that hatred is next-level stuff. It’s the kind of thing you’d expect to have read in a spy novel, not be admitted to by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Something has to happen here. Milley already needed to resign over the catastrophe that transpired in Afghanistan. Heck, he should have resigned for pushing woke-ism in the military. But this is far beyond any of that. This is a US general telling our top military and geopolitical enemy that he’d take their side in an attack and put American service members in grave danger to do so, all while hiding it from the president.

Can we also note that this is another example of America’s establishment class being subservient to China? Does anyone think a Chinese official would give us a heads up in the event of a surprise attack? Of course, they wouldn’t. This is dangerous stuff.

We do not elect generals and they do not have the right to operate this way. Milley, whether he likes it or not, is supposed to be accountable to elected officials. That he essentially set up his own military dictatorship while serving under Trump is one of the scariest things I’ve seen in a very long time.

And Charlotte Maxwell-Jones and her animal charity KSAR are still in Afghanistan because 8 (yes count 'em eight) privately paid for charter flights were nixed by either WH or State. This ****ery makes all of that make sense. How many more of our people are abandoned over there? Does anybody really know at this point?

Talk About a Coup: It Was Pelosi Who Pushed Milley to Act Against Trump

By Nick Arama | Sep 14, 2021 5:00 PM ET

There’s an incredible report that broke today about improper actions by Gen. Mark Milley after the Capitol riot.

According to the report, Milley tried to interfere with Trump’s ability to solely control a nuclear decision.

From CNN:
“You never know what a president’s trigger point is,” Milley told his senior staff, according to the book.
In response, Milley took extraordinary action, and called a secret meeting in his Pentagon office on January 8 to review the process for military action, including launching nuclear weapons. Speaking to senior military officials in charge of the National Military Command Center, the Pentagon’s war room, Milley instructed them not to take orders from anyone unless he was involved.
“No matter what you are told, you do the procedure. You do the process. And I’m part of that procedure,” Milley told the officers, according to the book. He then went around the room, looked each officer in the eye, and asked them to verbally confirm they understood.
This, of course, is a brazenly improper action as only the president can dictate the nuclear use and Milley was trying to do an end-run around him with this.

On top of that, as we reported earlier, Milley allegedly contacted his Chinese counterpart and told him he would warn him if we were going to attack — another astonishingly improper action which was reportedly done without the knowledge of President Donald Trump.

View: https://twitter.com/JerryDunleavy/status/1437820736366944262?s=20

Now there are a lot of things we can call that — bordering on treason might be one of them. But at the least, he should be booted as Joint Chiefs Chair for that reason alone, not to mention the horrible debacle he left in Afghanistan.

But if you’ve been following along here, you may remember another story I wrote back on Jan. 9. Milley’s improper actions followed a call from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) who wanted Milley to stand in the way of Trump taking any military action. As I wrote at the time, she was effectively trying to foment a coup against the legally elected president of the U.S. and interfere with his military power, when she had no ability to do so. It doesn’t matter what they think or their politics, they were acting against the president of the United States and his duly-given constitutional power.

View: https://twitter.com/ColumbiaBugle/status/1437834730070741005?s=20

From CNN:
Pelosi pushed back.
“What I’m saying to you is that if they couldn’t even stop him from an assault on the Capitol, who even knows what else he may do? And is there anybody in charge at the White House who was doing anything but kissing his fat butt all over this?”
Pelosi continued, “You know he’s crazy. He’s been crazy for a long time.”
According to Woodward and Costa, Milley responded, “Madam Speaker, I agree with you on everything.”
After the call, Milley decided he had to act. He told his top service chiefs to watch everything “all the time.” He called the director of the National Security Agency, Paul Nakasone, and told him, “Needles up … keep watching, scan.” And he told then-CIA Director Gina Haspel, “Aggressively watch everything, 360.”
After the call, then Milley took action to make any nuclear decisions have to go through him.

Then there was this report on Jan. 8.

View: https://twitter.com/CNN/status/1347766328468381702?s=20

So, in other words, Pelosi was indeed fomenting a coup with the military against Trump, and Milley actually took concrete steps to interfere with that presidential authority.

They were committing the very insurrection/coup of which they accused Trump.
Will the GOP finally act on this? This is intolerable and completely unconstitutional.

After talking calmly with Nightwolf for a bit, we both realized something:

Milley said he knew the Chinese guy for FIVE YEARS, that is not an "old friend."

Even if it was, I used to work on security clearance forms (for the Department of Justice SF86 forms)and I know the thousands if not millions of dollars the agencies spend to make sure people don't have "special friends" in suspect places and/or if they do they are required to keep serious tabs on the situation.

More often the issues are family, you can just pretend your Mom in Wuhan or your Uncle in Tehran doesn't exist, but an applicant for even a civil service job with clearance has to report their existence, their addresses if known, their contacts with them.

And they DO investigate those people and they DO keep tabs at least on people with the higher sorts of clearances.

Taking this into account and the revealing that he contact his "friend" in China via a "special back channel" says something totally obvious and Northern Watch already caught it out.

If everything alleged turns out to be true then this man is a SPY.

In fact, has been a SPY for at least five years and possibly a lot longer. I have no idea if he was compromised over money, blackmail, threats to his family, or what, but compromised he most certainly appears to be.

This raises for me two huge questions:

1. How many other folks around him are also compromised either knowing or without their knowledge? Or as Nightwolf said, "How far down does this rot go?"

2. Is this at least partially responsible for the woke nonsense to the point of purging the US military, was it done not just with the cooperation of folks in the Biden administration but could it actually have been at the behest or demands of a foreign/enemy power?

Now sometimes things just happen because people are greedy, stupid, or even lazy, but this whole thing really smells and I don't think we even know half of it yet.

Edited to add: I don't know the current regulations, but back when I was doing this stuff in the early 1990s, everyone with a higher level of clearance was required to be re-investigated - you guessed it - EVERY FIVE YEARS. That might or might be true for the military but it was for the Agencies we were doing clearances for.

I think there's some folks in Leavenworth who could help Milley understand not just white rage, as he told Congress that he wanted to understand, but plain old red-blooded American traitor-hating rage.

And all this crap of bypassing the rules just because these arrogant spoiled pricks think they know better is how we got here.

Let him choose, firing squad or hanging, I don't care which.

This … it’s actually him who abused his power and planned to overthrow a sitting president. He should be lock up too.

Milley is in the pocket of the Chinese. Along with Biden. Nothing will happen to Milley over this because our government is the Eastern Branch of the CCP.

Wonder what Trump knew about China...

If this is true, that is naked treason.

Yeah. That some of this has been oozing out for months from other "sources" gives some "gravitas" to the claims. Woodward claims are one concentrated dose of "WTF?!?!?".
