This mindset has infiltrated nearly every facet of private enterprise and government functions. Leftists worm their way into the system, launching an onslaught of ideas that defy logic to most rational individuals.

A local government has finally reached its breaking point after a city employee deemed it acceptable to advocate for the dismantling of societal structures. This is yet another instance of unchecked ‘woke’ ideology.

As reported by the Daily Caller:
Kayla Aliese Carter, Racial Equity Officer of College Park, Maryland, is currently under investigation for social media posts allegedly endorsing violence, advocating for black liberation and urging people to “burn it all down.”
Carter was appointed in 2022 to promote “racial equity” within city departments. However, her social media activity reportedly includes justifications for violence and questioning why Black people must always justify their anger and violence, according to Fox News.

Some of her posts are startlingly aggressive towards innocent individuals. This worldview steeped in anger and even hatred is a common trait among the ‘woke’ attitudes being imposed on society.

The report highlighted Carter’s posts allegedly expressing her battle against colonialism, her distrust towards white people and police supremacy, as well as her fear when white children stare at her.
In one post she allegedly wrote: “Do y’all understand why the oppressed are constantly shamed out of using violence?? BECAUSE THE OPPRESSOR WANTS TO BE THE SOLE PROFITEER OF VIOLENCE. THEY DON’T WANT TO DEAL WITH BACK TALK. ‘DO AS I SAY NOT AS I DO’ FACE A–. No.”

Adding insult to injury, this individual is receiving a salary funded by taxpayers while voicing these sentiments against the very people who pay her wages. She is essentially earning a living by attacking those who finance her government career. City officials have been called out for their handling of this situation.
“Ms. Carter’s views expressed on her personal accounts do not reflect the opinions, beliefs, and core values of the City of College Park and its Mayor and Council,” stated City Manager Kenny Young. “The City is investigating the matter and will take appropriate action.”

Despite this, city officials and staff have declined to comment further on this personnel issue. The individual in question continues to lash out at people, yet the city remains silent on what measures are being taken to curb such behavior.

The destructive mentality of this individual is hidden behind privacy settings on X (formerly Twitter). However, her account header speaks volumes with its proclamation: “I can’t wait for society to collapse so MY ideology can rise from the ashes!”

Businesses and government bodies employing individuals who propagate such dangerous narratives should be alert and proactive before something truly catastrophic occurs.

All those who interact with you are your consumers. They give you something and they expect a full measure in return. If you don't give them full measure then NEXT TIME they seek out someone else who will.

Granted in business, the market may be limited to those of your daily interaction - but your business is not only your business but also those who hire you to pursue THEIR business.

And - if you don't give full measure - these others will find someone who will - just as those you report to will as well.

It's sounding very much like this "provider" (what she is) is providing NOT what the consumers want.

And in fact is tearing down the business modus.

It's sounding like this is being corrected "In the system." Not much will be said and the legalistic wheels "turn." AND - you may not even hear of the final outcome.

One hopes the system does what it was planned to do in these cases.

College Park is home to the University of Maryland. A liberal place in a very blue state. Western Maryland excepted. I wouldn’t get all butt hurt if they did burn it all down. Spent a year there…though it seemed longer at times. The chickens are coming home to roost. One day…some nutter will set it in motion.

The revolutionary stage of the communist takeover is complete. Look at what happened in previous communist movements. The revolutionaries were at first celebrated, then once they took power they significantly thinned the ranks and subjugated the rest, leaving a very lean number of elites.

We are seeing the transition to where the revolutionaries are having their ranks thinned at they embarrass their superiors in the movement or if they get above themselves and threaten their superiors in some way.
