Anyone that can translate the Arabic writing on the tweets above? I know a few years back there was an issue of a jihadist magazine that advocated setting fires.

The men who launched al Qaeda's English-language magazine may have died in a U.S. missile strike last fall, but "Inspire" magazine lives on without them -- and continues to promote jihadi attacks on Western targets, offering advice on how to start huge forest fires in America with timed explosives.

The latest addition gives readers advice on how to be an urban assassin and how to ignite an "ember bomb" in a US forest. It recommends Montana as a possible target.
"In America, there are more houses built in the [countryside] than in the cities," says the writer, who calls himself The AQ Chef, according to ABC. "It is difficult to choose a better place [than] in the valleys of Montana."

'Unleash Hell': New Al Qaeda magazine describes in detail how to start huge forest fires across the U.S..with instructions on how to make 'ember bombs'
The latest edition of the notorious terror magazine, 'Inspire', has seen Al Qaeda call upon its followers to unleash massive forest fires across the United States this summer.
On May 31, 2012 the Department of Homeland Security issued a warning of, "Terrorist interest in the tactic of intentionally setting fires to cause casualties, economic damage, and resource depletion".
The warning was based off of latest issue of al Qaeda’s English magazine in the Arabian Peninsula, Inspire. The organization calls on its operatives and supporters to set forests on fire as part of its struggle against enemies of Islam. The magazine, which emphasizes that forest fires are a permitted combat method in Islam, provides relevant quotes from the Qur'an as proof. The magazine also includes detailed explanations on how to prepare incendiary bombs to set forests ablaze.
The fact that terrorists have used arson as a tactic is proven throughout other theatres of operations. Hizballah has ignited forest fires in Israel with an unprecedented 200 fires being set in Jerusalem in a single day.
Further, Alexander Bortnikov, the Head Russia’s Federal Security Service blamed Islamic terrorists for a spate of forest fires in Europe.
The reason behind the media blackout is because the president, not wanting to be seen as losing the "war on terror", fabricates a cover story.
Forbes Magazine stated that the reason the Obama administration lied about the attacks in Benghazi that killed an US Ambassador and three other Americans was because the, "Attack which left four Americans dead exposed the president’s flaccid diplomacy... Obama’s foreign policy is in shambles. Allies no longer trust us. Enemies no longer fear us".
And the same tactic was evident in the crippling forest fires that were seen on American soil during the summer of 2012. The official explanation given was that target shooters, an old stand-by enemy of gun control proponents, were responsible for setting the blazes that destroyed thousands of acres of land and hundreds of private residences.
But, what went unreported in the mainstream media was that an Islamic Jihadist group named Masadat al-Mujahideen claimed responsibility for the fires.
The statement they released included the following:
"Allah have granted a group of our brothers from the lions of Masadat Al-Mujahidin at 8:00 in the day before yesterday Thursday 25 Safar 1433 A.H. corresponding 19 January 2012 to set fire in the forests of Nevada in the Reno region.
And we by this great event and paradigm shift declare the following:
1. We declare our full responsibility of setting fire in the Nevada forests in America.
2. We declare widening the area of war and transferring it currently to inside America and soon to elsewhere."
This same jihadist group took credit for the 2013 Arizona wildfires that killed 19 firefighters:
"Masada al-Mujahideen Fulfilled its Promise and Attacked America Again After the Expiration of the Period with Fires that Achieved Historic Results.
We had previously announced an unconventional war against the occupation state of Israel, and then we escalated this war to reach its main supporter, America, so that it receives a major share of it, which will destroy their flora and fauna, with permission from Allah and then with our hands."
The statement further said that the group targeted the United States "in order to make it clear and to make it know we can reach it when we warn it, and to make it certain that our hands don't just reach it but also strike it."
In addition to claiming responsibility for fires in the US, the jihadist group has claimed credit for more than a dozen fires in Israel since 2010.
Contrary to the claims of Masadat al-Mujahideen, authorities have said that they believe the fires were started as a result of lighting

Palestinian Terror Group Claims Responsibility for Arizona Wildfires
A Palestinian jihadist group known as Masada al-Mujahideen took credit for the fires in a statement that was obtained and translated by Search for International Terrorist Entities (SITE) Intelligence Group, according to the Clarion Project.
The terror group claims that the fires are a reprisal for Israel’s "occupation" of what they say are Palestinian lands.
Nineteen firefighters have been killed while fighting the blaze.
"We had previously announced an unconventional war against the occupation state of Israel, and then we escalated this war to reach its main supporter, America, so that it receives a major share of it, which will destroy their flora and fauna, with permission from Allah and then with our hands," the group said, according to Clarion and SITE.
"In order to make it clear and to make it known that we can reach it when we warn it, and to make it certain that our hands don't just reach it but also strike it," the group reportedly said.
The group promises similar attacks in the future, stating that the Arizona fires "will not be the last, if America does not respond to our demands."
Clarion reported that al Qaeda has claimed responsibility for setting fires in several European nations.

FOREST FIRE JIHAD
A terrorist website was discovered recently that carried a posting that called for “Forest Jihad.” The posting was listed on the Internet on Nov. 26 and reported in U.S. intelligence channels last week.
The statement, in Arabic, said that “summer has begun so do not forget the Forest Jihad.” The writer called on all Muslims in the United States, Europe, Russia and Australia to “start forest fires.”
FOREST FIRE JIHAD
The “Forest Jihad”
Already back in November 2007, radical Islamic forums spelled out the terrorists’ mindset in graphic terms. One of the Arabic web sites affiliated with Al Qaeda’s ideas, called “Al-Ikhlas Islamic Network”, posted a long and detailed message, in which it was argued that lighting fires is an effective form of action, justified in Islamic law under the "eye for an eye" doctrine. The posting instructs remembering the "Forest Jihad" during the summer months, noting that "fires cause economic damage and pollution, tie up security agencies and can take months to extinguish.” Imagine, if after all the losses caused by such an event, a jihadist organization were to claim responsibility for the forest fires," the website says, "you can hardly begin to imagine the level of fear that would take hold of people in the United States, Europe, Russia and Australia."
