was talking to a friend yesterday and they said they recently talked to some guy who was harvesting and selling wild garlic.....wait! This stuff grows wild around here? So off I went on an online search. Well it seems the stuff I've always called wild onion is actually wild garlic. Hmm....
Anyone tried it? I've harvested and safely eaten wild spinach many times and if this is actually wild garlic that might come in handy if shift.

I just ran into that down in Missouri! People think it’s a weed, but I was delighted to find it in my backyard. I think, as long as you have the onion/garlic odor, it’s safe to eat. Need to research before chowing down, however

I watched a couple videos on the death camas too....it seems pretty easy to tell them apart. The wild garlic has a hollow stem/leaf and the death camas has one that's folded. Still going to try and find someone local to verify though.
