Duncan Hines Double Fudge Decadent brownies.

1/2 Can Betty Crocker Vanilla frosting.

Make the 2-egg version of the brownies (on box). 8-inch pan. Cool and frost with the frosting.

Cut in individual servings. Top each serving with a big ball of chocolate ice cream.

Betty Crocker beats Duncan Hines in taste for brownies...

Neither here nor there.
Don't really have one.
Start by sauteing some finely diced carrots, celery and onions. Maybe about 2 cups worth total uncooked.
Mix that with about 2 pounds of ground chicken.
For spices we usually use salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, garlic powder.
Pack it into a loaf pan, takes about 40 min at 350 or so.

Obviously you need to separately make chicken gravy to go with the mashed potatoes that you also made.

I'm deathly allergic to potatoes so no mashed potatoes here... wonders how this would taste with BBQ sauce?

That's because we all saw it coming before it was a blip on anyone else's radar and were able to top off all the preps so we wouldn't have to skimp on the good life.. Just one of the many of the reasons I love this place!

Eggxactly! Plus I watch Market to Market and have been keeping track of the weather here and around the globe and all of the volcanic eruptions... so yeah figured something was coming down the pike and started to top off again, after purging last year.

Life is better in flip flops
We ate a late lunch so no dinner tonight. After looking at everyone's awesome healthy dinners I feel bad that I made rotel cheese dip with ground chuck and chips. It was good though :D

Funny we have done that. I think it was bell pepper I'm place of the carrots.
No poultry seasoning.
Mixed some BBQ sauce in with it.

That was some sort of healthy recipe my wife found.

I have potatoes in the oven baking. I've sliced some filet mignon and I'm going to fry them in butter. Have a salad chilling in the frig with lettuce tomato and cucumber and blue cheese dressing. Earlier made some tapioca pudding
for desert after I finally found some.

Pride comes before the fall.....Pride month ended.
Aldi's frozen gluten free pepperoni pizza....as the base. Added some wild hog sausage, jalapeno's, mushroom and more mozzarella cheese.... It was tasty, and so easy, very little time in prep or to cook. Alway's fills the bill when I'm busy. Though, steak and potatoe with a veg is a twenty minute meal as well. bon appetite

Best brownies, you will never go box again.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step 2
Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended.
  • Step 3
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into the egg mixture until blended. Stir in the chocolate morsels. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Step 4
Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Remove, and cool pan on wire rack before cutting.

Hawaiian Turkey Burgers as seen on Taste of Home website.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake.

My mom makes that sometimes for my birthday. The pineapple upside down cake, that is. I always liked it, and you know how moms are. The good ones, anyway; they know you like a certain cake, you're likely to see it.

I’m making jalapeño poppers. And nachos. The poppers are split between bacon wrapped and breadcrumb w parmesium topped. I also have a few that have habanero laced cream cheese.

Last night and the night before have been well received experiments. One was baked chicken leg quarters seasoned with celery salt, white pepper and garum masala. The other was pork chops marinated in soy sauce, seasoned with chinese 5 spices mix and grilled.
