What can you swap for an armfull of pumkins? My healthy permaculture inspired veggie garden is so abundant with organic food. I am finding new ways to benefit from all this produce. This harvest gave 242 pumpkins from just two vines. Sometimes after a good harvest, you ask yourself, "What am I going to do? I have not learnt how to ferment and preserve yet".
