Was reading the Overlooked Preps thread, and someone pointed out a need for good metal buckets. I had seen some at Atwoods in Owasso, so I decided today to check them out. I got two 2gal stainless steel buckets for $9 each. While I was there, I picked up 4 more tubes of ivm for $7 each, a 4pk of vet wrap, and the 2022 issue of The Old Farmer's Almanac. It's calling for a colder than normal winter for OK.

Didn't accomplish much today (was at work) but my wife did get 3 cases of "vet wrap," some more vacuum sealer bags, and put in a wally world order to pick up in the a.m.
Magnetic oil dipstick for the new genny came in today as well...cheap insurance. In search of a replacement governor spring for the semi-retired generator...still works, but is rusty and doesn't hold the rpms as steady as it should.
Made arrangements with two local growers to pick up a bunch of satsumas when they finish ripening.
Got the other freezer in its new home...but now I need (want, really) to run a power line from the inverter rather than the grid.
