I had my pie crusts and everything ready to go to make an apple pie. Went to get my last jar of apple pie filling off the shelf, and it was bad! Now what?! So, luckily, I had fresh apples, and made it totally from scratch. Was a winner. DH has almost eaten the whole thing slice by slice with ice cream.
Note to self.....buy more apples!
