I swear that everytime I turn on a light I praise the Lord. We survived just fine, discovered some things that need changing, so I still think it was a blessing to learn from.

I remember getting power restored after an outage. It is a wonderful relief and I'm thrilled that you have power once again. As you say, it helps illustrate where changes need to be made for future power issues. A hot shower/bath after a power outage....almost heaven!
