Thank you, yes it's plain as day now. And I find it the BEST NEWS I've heard on the election in weeks! YIPEE!

This is a state equivalent of a US congressional investigation, with people being called in to provide testimony. The hotel setting is probably for coronavirus compliance, more room to spread people out.
The nice thing is-it's been called by the state of PA-which means it is an official event. The people testifying/being asked the questions will have their responses recorded in the state congressional record. AND rest assured the people testifying will be called back to testify in the context of further action on the part of the state of PA. Further action=possible criminal indictments.

Rudy loaded Pres Trump's bloop gun with truth serum shells today :) The OO buck shells are soon to come into rotation.

To clarify, all that needs to happen is for the PA legislature to have the GUTS to officially de-certify the fraudulent PA votes, then Trump wins PA. Plain and simple path, IF the state legislators actually DO that.

That power Constitutionally resides not in the courts, nor with Sec of State, nor with any other entity-- it resides with the state legislature.

There are a couple of other things in the works. Certification and an injunction on that certification, and elector's being appointed to vote Biden/Harris.

The PA legislature can legally undo all that. As noted above. And simply note the irregularities, and fraud, and appoint electors for Trump/Pence.

While it is going to court, no court need be involved.

That's my understanding anyway. Crow is an acquired taste, and I should know.

No actually thank you for posting the link. I read the article, you're right-it definitely has that snarky I'm better than thou slant common to communist written articles and media.

But it also shows the communists' hand in dealing with this.

By the way.... IF the PA legislature votes to de-certify the fraudulent votes, NO court or public official on earth can Constitutionally overturn that decision. If they decertify, the only way to overturn that decision is to throw out the Constitution.

It matters not one iota what the liberal media spouts off. If the PA legislature votes to de-certify the fraudulent votes, it's GAME OVER -- Trump then wins Pennsylvania.

Same is true for each and every one of the swing states - same can be done there as well.

The ONLY question remaining is: Will the state legislatures VOTE to de-certify - yes or no? We'd have to look at whether it's the Repubs or Dems that have control over those state legislatures. I know PA legislature is controlled by Republicans.

Just caught CBS nightly news story when I came into the house. The are saying what went on today is just more bogus stories coming from Trump and nothing will change since PA and the other states have certified the results. They said at this point it is too late.

Certification is when litigation starts ...if that was not true then Bush never would have been president in 2000. Florida certified and President Bush conceited the election The supreme Court still gave him the election .The MSM doesn't know what the hell they're talking about

I struggled through YouTube throttling the replay of the live stream of this. I strongly suspect we are going to see action in the PA legislature. I found the question at the end from the female legislator interesting when she said their lawyers were saying they had written laws therefore they can do nothing. Trumps lawyer nailed that to the shit house wall, "yeah, you wrote the law, but they broke it, so you can take it back."

Color me hopeful.
